"Where is she?"

Jungwon, Sunghoon and Jen thought as they ran through the school hallways, splitting off in different directions.

The hallways began to become less crowded as everyone scurried off to their home rooms and eventually, it was quiet.

JEN'S POV :

Hayun is like a little sister to me, that bitch is gonna get a punch in her left cheek after this i swear to god.

I rushed downstairs, peaking in every empty classroom. Why did we have to have 4 floors in our school?

SUNGHOON'S POV :

oh my god, this is actually mental.

I can't process everything that has gone down in the last 5 minutes. Fucking hell.

I didn't exactly know where I was looking, Hayun literally disappeared into the crowd and now is nowhere to be seen. I ran all the way to the field and saw that nobody was there.
I checked my watch and saw it was 8:09, should I just go back?

Admitting defeat, I started going back up the three flights of stairs and crashed straight into Jen as she was coming down the stairs. We fell onto the floor, groaning from the pain.

"Did you find her?" We both asked each other and saw that both of us didn't have Hayun with us

"I was just gonna head back, I'm sure she'll come back after first class." I said and helped her up, she nodded and we went back to our homeroom

Now was the painful part, making up an excuse for being late. Me and Jen put our hands together, we hoped and prayed that the others that were back at homeroom had made up an excuse for us.

We knocked on the door twice and slid the door open

"And who might you two be?" The homeroom lady snapped at us

"Park Sunghoon, miss"

"Jennifer Huh, miss"

We both bowed to her for being late but she didn't tell us to sit down yet

"And where did you two just come from?" She raised an eyebrow and we glanced over at the others that were frantically trying to play a game of charades with us

What is that? Someone dead? Someone got run over? Someone fell over?

Someone was.. injured?

Yoon and Ni-ki then acted out putting on bandages and it clicked in my mind what I was supposed to say

"We were at the infirmary miss" I stated, she then snapped her head around to the others, who immediately stopped what they were doing and acted completely normal

"Why were you at the infirmary?"

"We fell at the stairs" Jen said, I mean she wasn't wrong about that

"Look at our elbows and backs, they're dusty from the floor" we then turned around and showed our half dusted backs and elbows, which earned a chuckle from the class

"I see.. okay sit down then"

We hurriedly sat back down in our seats and the group was, for some reason, in shock at us.

Dae then passed me a note as our homeroom teacher talked about something

"Did you find her?"

"Nope, we just happed to meet up with each other as we headed back here"

"What about Jungwon?"

"No idea where he is"

"How did you know about our lie of you guys falling down the stairs?"

"What? Me and Jen actually fell when we met at the stairs"

"HELP WHAT"

"Yeah......."

"We made up a lie saying that Jay fell down the stairs and you, Hayun and Dae all got hit by him"

"NAH NO WAY SHE BELIEVED THAT"

"Well we did have to... act it out to make it more believable"

"I wish I was there to have witnessed that"

"Do you think what they said was true?"

"Which part? The Hayun and Jungwon thing, Soobin and Leeseo hooking up, Yujin liking Jungwon or Hayun's dad?"

"Literally all of it"

"Well obv the Hayun and Jungwon thing isn't true bc we literally spent all of our winter break with them"

"Yeah"

"The Soobin and Leeseo thing.. I mean it's something Leeseo would do as we know she tried to hook up with Heeseung but he said no and she's done it with many other guys. I don't rlly know Soobin that well tho"

"I honestly think it's true, from what Yoon's told me, Soobin isn't the perfect guy we know him as"

"Ohh I see"
"For the third one, to be honest I can see Yujin liking Jungwon. I mean doesn't every other girl? But it doesn't make sense why she would spread a rumour about him though"

"But it makes no sense as to why she would make a rumour about her own crush liking someone else"

"Fr"
"I have no idea about Hayun's parental life so"

"What are you two doing back there?" The homeroom teacher asked us

"Uhh just looking at Sunghoon's timetable, there seems to be an error in what you handed out miss" Dae quickly answered as she slid our paper under the book and my timetable paper replaced where it was

"Where? Show me." she held out her hand as I walked up to her with my timetable

I didn't even take a glance at it yet, what the hell do I make up?

"... there seems to be an issue with- with my pe class on this- oh wait! Nevermind it is correct" I chuckled awkwardly and reversed back to my seat, and the class started laughing

At least everyone else enjoyed my embarrassment?

It came to break time, and we all made a plan to hunt for both Hayun and Jungwon for the remainder of break.

Where the hell are they?
