3RD PERSON POV :
the beginning of June
(2 months later)

The morning sun beamed into 3-1's classroom as the friend group were having a general discussion before homeroom began.

A lot as happened since that day

Hayun moved back into Jungwon's home, and they told Mr and Mrs Yang about everything that happened.

.. and that they were dating

Mr and Mrs Yang were overjoyed when they heard the news, saying 'we knew it!' Over and over again to each other

Ni-ki treated Yoon out to fresh bungeoppang because he lost their bet and he even bought her a bungeoppang pan (by free will) so she could make her own at home, due to the fact that she isn't capable of cooking anything

Sports day was tomorrow, practically the second most important day of the year. The year where their friendship could shine (like they weren't the most popular friend group in their whole school already)

Their homeroom teacher came in with the sheet to fill out and hushed the class so they could complete it this morning

"Who would like to do the 200m race?" Their teacher asked, looking around the room for people that put themselves forward

"Me" Hayun and Jungwon said in sync, putting their hands up

"Our star runners, of course" she replied, and the class chuckled, "800m?"

"Me!" Eunji and Jake shot their hands up and their class started laughing again

"And our best long distance runners, Eunji and Jake" she wrote their names down and now that they had completed the track section, they moved on to the rest

Yoon and Ni-ki applied for the piggy back race, but immediately wanted to back out after realising Yoon would have to piggy back Ni-ki at the halfway point. But it was too late and the two couldn't back out

Heeseung, Jake and Sunoo were put down for archery, even though it was a hit or miss if they scored points, they just did it for laughs.

Jen and Chae were on hurdles, everyone knew they were the best in their whole year at it.

Dae and Yeji applied for obstacle race, purely because they were the shortest in their class, despite them being 5"5, and their class figured that the shortest people were the most efficient in doing the race.

Jay, Sunghoon and a few others were put down for tug of war

"I'm so excited for tomorrow, doesn't anyone know what the weather's going to be like?" Eunji exclaimed

"It's going to be 34 degrees apparently, they're giving out free ice cold water tomorrow thankfully" Yeji replied

"Y'know we get to wear our summer football t-shirts instead of our sports uniform if we want" Heeseung pointed out

"THANK THE LORDS" Yoon put her hands together

The school sports uniform was a thick navy blue polo shirt, with their school emblem on the front, and it was massive. While their summer football uniform was thin quick drying material, not to mention it was white and their school emblem was tiny. They felt it was quite cool to be known as well, due to having their numbers and names on the back
