Third person's pov

"Chris." Yumi poked her head through the slightly open door.

"Yumi? Come in." She walked in and made herself comfortable on the chair next to Chan.

"Are you busy?"

"Not really." He looked up from the computer.

"So, I came to invite you for our cafe opening. Tomorrow."

"Oh, congratulations." He gave her a side hug, still seated.

"Thank you. Everyone else was in the practice room. You weren't there. I knew I could find you here." He chuckled.

"I'm the last one to get the invitation. I'm hurt." He clutched his chest.

"Oh, stop being dramatic." She lightly smacked the back of his head, rubbing the spot after he let out a yelp.

"Wow, your hair is so curly." She ran her fingers through the top of his head.

"Yeah, it's unkempt." He shrugged.

"What do you mean? It's perfect and you look so cute."

"I do?"

"Uh-huh. And Stays LOVE your curly hair." He laughed.

"Yeah, I have heard." He gave her a playful side eye look.

It took a moment for her to realize what he meant. "Man, you should stop lurking around Stayville. We have to stay alert 24/7. It's not good for our mental health." He burst into a fit of laughter at her nagging.

"Okay, I definitely won't stop. But I'll try to reduce it... maybe?"

She sighed. "You're a menace to the society." He laughed once again.

"Okay, so, I expect y'all at the opening. Tomorrow is a free day. I'll send you location later, okay?"

"Okay missy." He winked at her.

"Bye." She winked back.

She changed into her outfit of the day, something formal but casual at the same time.

Shoving down the last bit of her sandwich, she grabbed her bag and walked out of her apartment, texting about her departure in the group chat

When she made it to the new cafe location, she was met with a hustling Solomon, hurrying the staff members to finish the set-up of the white and pastel green colored balloon arch.

"How's everything going?" She asked, announcing her arrival.

"Ah, Yumi. You're right on time. Come with me." Solomon pulled her inside the cafe.
