"Stop! Itachi! That's enough... What is going on with you? Itachi... You haven't been yourself lately," Fugaku said

"I'm perfectly sane. Im carrying out my duties. That's all I'm doing," Itachi said

"Then why didn't you come last night?" Fugaku said

"In order to elevate myself higher," Itachi said

"What are you talking about?" Fugaku said as Itachi turned around with his Sharingan threw a kunai passed Fugaku and threw it at the Uchiha sign on the wall.

"My vessel is dismayed at this foolish clan! Adhering to this clan and petty things makes you lose sight of what's truly important. Real change won't come about when you're bound by regulations and limitation when you're satisfied with premonition and guesses," Itachi said

"Such arrogance!" Fugaku said

"Enough say another word and we'll throw you in prison!," The guy said as they all stood next to Fugaku

" Captain give us the order to arrest him!" The other guy said

"Please stop," Y/n said as Itachi went down on his knees bowing

"I did not kill Shisui but I apologize for the words I have spoken, Im truly sorry," Itachi said

"You've been working too hard on your Anbu Black Ops missions and I think you're a little tired," Fugaku said

"But Captain," The guy said

"The Anbu is direct orders from the Hokage without an arrest warrant, we cannot detain him. I will take full responsibility over Itachi and keep an eye on him. You have my word," Fugaku said

"Very well sir," The guy said

"Let's go Itachi," Fugaku said as Y/n and Sasuke looked at Itachi as his Sharingan changed as Sasuke pulled Y/n in his arms.

Itachi was in his room reading something

"Itachi I'll leave your meal here, I know you're busy with work, but do join us for meals once in a while," Mikoto said

"Thank you mother," Itachi said as he put his ninja gear on as he went around killing everyone. As he stood on the highest pole when Sasuke and Y/n was running home from the academy.

"We stayed back to practive throwing shuriken," Sasuke said

"Now we are so late I hope we don't get in trouble," Y/n said

"We shouldn't get in trouble we just came back from the academ I will race you back ready set go," Sasuke said

"Hey that's cheating hold up Sasuke slow down don't leave me behind!" Y/n said

"Hurry up slowpoke," Sasuke said as we started to run until we stopped feeling something is wrong.

"Huh," Y/n said as me and Sasuke looked up at the pole and noticed no one was there.

"Sasuke whats going on," I shouted.

"Idk y/n it looks like its dead bodies everywhere," Sasuke said

"MY PARENTS SASUKE," Y/n shouted. While Y/n ran

"Y/N WAIT DON'T RUN AHEAD SLOW DOWN," Sasuke shouted it was the time was Y/n found out her parents was dead as Sasuke picked Y/n up leaving the house to go to his house as Sasuke get to his house he see both his parents dead but Itachi is standing there with his Sharingan activated

"Brother Itachi, My mom... Father there," Y/n said. She couldn't finish her sentence since she was crying too much.

"Nii-San, mother... father they're," Sasuke was saying but stopped when he saw the blood-stained katana Itachi was holding. He tapped Y/n on the shoulder and pointed to Itachi.

"Brother, why?" They said at the same time sobbing silently.
