Previously on Welcome Back
All of them were ready to watch the recordings as to what happened with the Dursley's that morning, Lily got out the computer she used to sync with the cameras she bewitched to show them what was happening. She opened the lid and turned on the live feed for everyone to see as everyone waited with bated breath.

Over the course of the next few days James, Lily, Sirius, Remus, and Molly kept watching the security footage of the Dursley home whenever the kids weren't around. They thought that their payback was a huge sucess. The Dursleys instantly knew that the things happening to them weren't normal. They knew that it was witchcraft but the couldn't say anything to anyone as no one would believe them.
They toughed out the whole week. From their electric appliances frying to them temporaily moving out as their home smelled horrible because of the eggs. The adults laughed immensly watching the footage every night after the kids went to bed. They knew what they did didn't equal to what Harry had to face but it was enough for now.
———————-Time Skip to September 1st—————————
It was finally September 1st, all the kids were becoming restless and were eager to return to Hogwarts.
"Man I can't wait to go back to playing Quidditch" stated Ron on the car ride to the station. They used the cars as there were too many of them to floo as well as there being too much luggage.
"Agreed, I miss beating the Slytherins" Harry joked. Ron laughed along while Hermione shook her head smirking
"I for one honestly can't wait to hear all about your adventures in Hogwarts" Said James while Sirius and Remus agreed
" as long as you all don't get into a lot of trouble" Lily warned
"Sure mum" Harry said while winking to his friends
Lily sighed while hiding her smile. After a short car ride they all arrived at the station. They got their trolleys and ran through the barrier to get into Platform 9 3/4. They had a few minutes to spare so they all went to their parents to say final good byes
Harry hugged both Lily and James and whispered "thank you for trying to teach the Dursleys a lesson"
Lily and James both looked at him in awe but just smiled and said "I love you"
Harry pulled away from his parents and hugged his godparents and Molly and Arthur while Hermione and Ron hugged Lily and the Marauders. Then they heard the trains whistle blow and they all rushed into the train after saying rushed good byes
"Do you think they will be ok?" Lily asked her husband who had his arm around her
"I know they will, they have each other" James said fondly
Lily just smiled and stood their contently with her husband as Remus, Sirius, Molly, and Arthur joined them watching the Hogwarts train dissapear around the corner
