"Whoa!" crash! "Louis!" I whined while I had crashed into the shed. the boys were laughing while Louis scowled at them. he appeared right at my side
"It's okay, you almost got it" he chuckled as he helped me up "your body is still sensitive, so any damage can hurt you, be careful love" I blushed and nodded. he smiled and kissed my cheek "how about a break? you've been working too hard and you almost got the hang out it"
"No, I still need to practice" I said
"It's been over a week Mae, let your body relax" I sighed and nodded
"Okay..." he smiled and carried me bridal style, I blushed hard and covered my face.
"Let's call it a night" he told the boys "gotta get my snowflake to bed" the boys grinned, Louis scowled "knock it off" he walked me all the way to my room and sat me on my bed. I shifted, feeling uneasy
"You okay?" he asked, I looked up and glanced at the shadows in my room
"He's still alive..." I whispered. he sighed and made me look at him
"Niall already put in the spell on the house, he can't come here" I nodded and looked down at my hands
"I'm a monster..." Louis shook his head and kissed my lips
"You're not a monster"
"But... I killed children... people! even demons who weren't doing anything wrong! I only been drinking from you and eating food, but what if I can't control myself? what if that bad side of me comes out and kills everyone??"
"Mae..."
"And what if that side of me gets out of California?? humans might discover us! and when vampires are separated, and grow powerless, it'll be my fault!" I cried
"Mae!" he shook my shoulders, grabbing my attention "you've went over a week without thinking about all this, why all of a sudden are you thinking now??" I looked down
"I don't know..."
"You're body is getting use to your vampire abilities, your human side is pouring out. much like a period, right?" I giggled and whipped my tears away
"I don't know, I haven't had a normal period in years" he nodded and kissed my lips
"Get some sleep, we'll work on your strength tomorrow" I nodded and looked at my bathroom
"Ima take a shower first" he nodded and walked out "Louis" he turned back around "do you think... I can see Jason and my family soon?" I saw that he was making a fist, but gave a smile
"Sure... goodnight, snowflake" I nodded
"Goodnight" he walked out. I stand right in front of a large tree bark, next to Liam, Ariana and Louis right next to me
"Alright, lift with your legs" Louis ordered. I took a deep breath and nodded
"your going to throw it at that tree right there, do not throw it farther" Liam said. I nodded again and squat down, grabbing the bark from the sides and lifted with my arms
"Your legs Mae! Lift with your legs!" Ariana reminded, I used my legs this time and lifted the bark, it was surprisingly light... But still heavy
"Great, throw it" Louis said. I looked at my target and threw it... it flew through the tree and flew off farther. I cupped my mouth
"Opps" Louis and Ariana laughed, Liam grinned while shaking his head
"You did good!" Ariana clapped
