Chapter 32: Headaches

Louis's Pov

"Ellen, you know we can't talk of my girlfriend" I groaned and sat back during commercials

"I know, but you have to give the audience what they want" she leaned closer "is it true that you and Niall turned her?" She whispered. I looked at Niall and nodded back to her "and the council let her live?"

"It took some time, but our friends convinced them not to" she nodded

"I understand, I know you don't wanna tell the world about her, but most of it know what she looks like, from the magazine" stupid magazine "and since the council has her approved, I think it's safe to let her be shown. what about her family? did you meet them?"

"Yes"

"Then it's okay!" I shook my head

"She's mine..." Niall patted my back "if I want to show her off, I will, but not anytime soon"

"Not soon at all" Niall muttered. I looked at him

"What you mean?" i can feel that he didn't want to talk about this in front of everyone "you can whisper you know? we don't have on our mic sets on, they can't hear us" I felt heads shaking behind me. I looked over my shoulders and saw my brothers looking away casually... they're hiding something

"I know I can whisper, but I think Mae should tell you before any of us" I looked at him funny

"What's wrong with Mae?" I looked at all my brothers, they continued to look away "what are you guys not telling me??" Liam looked like he was in a panic. he slapped Zayn on the head

"Hey!" Zayn complained. Liam made faces. I can see a message in that face, but I couldn't read it. Zayn took a deep breath

"And we're-" Ellen started, out loud

"I kissed your girlfriend!" Zayn snapped. the room was completely silent. I stared at Zayn in shock, then glared

"You what?" I snarled and stood. he followed

"Louis, I can explain" he raised his hands in defense

"Explain what? that you kissed my mate??" I nearly barked

"It was just one kiss! it didn't mean anything!"

"Then why in the bloody hell would you-"

"I had to get over Sarah!" he cried. my face softened "you don't know what it's like to loose the one girl you were about to propose to! and see her again out of nowhere! planning to fucking ruin all of us!" he hid his eyes with his forearm "I'm sorry, Louis. I just needed that. I swear it meant nothing to both of us, but to be fair" he sniffled and moved his arms to the side "she slapped me silly when she found me" I shook my head and messed up his hair, grinning

"You really worried me when you went missing" I let go of him and sighed "I might not know how you felt, but I got an idea on the loosing part" he nodded "I forgive you, but" I pointed at him "touch my girl again and that pretty face won't be so pretty" he smirked and hugged me, I hugged him while patting his back. everyone awed at us. we laughed and faced everyone

"Sorry for the little interruption!" Zayn waved. we sat back down, having our hair messed up by the guys...

"Let's get back to where we were?" I asked Ellen. she nodded and continued with the show

Maes Pov

My jaw was dropped... did Zayn just tell the whole world that he kissed me? Fran and Fer bursted out laughing while I covered my tomato colored face, embarrassed...
