Annabelle Swan is Isabelle Swan's younger sister who moved to Forks when she was 5 and Bella was 7. At age 16 Anna gave birth to a baby boy who she named Isaiah. Two weeks after giving birth her older sister moves to Forks.

A few days after Isaiah's birthday Anna sits with Isaiah as Emily finishes her batch of muffins "What's taking the boys so long?" Anna asks Emily who shrugs. "I don't like it. Especially since that red eyed vamp on Isaiah's birthday." Anna mutters. Emily walks over to her and puts her arms round her shoulders "If anything, you need to calm down a bit. Embry is fine you'd know if he wasn't remember?" Emily asks. Anna sighs and nods before putting Isaiah in his play pen so he can't escape outside the house. Anna smiles when she feels two warm arms wrap round her middle "Hey baby." Embry says kissing her neck. Anna smiles and turns to kiss him "You guys hungry? Like I have to ask..." Emily trails off making Anna giggle slightly. "Who's this?" Emily asks as Jared and Embry make a beeline for the muffins. "Bella?" Anna asks looking over to see her sister. "So you're the vampire girl." Emily smiles. "And you're a... you're all..." Bella struggles to find the right words. "Werewolves? Em's just engaged to one and I'm dating one. But these animals-" Anna says stopping to slap Embry's hand "Save some for your brothers and more importantly me and Isaiah." she smiles. Embry smiles back at her as Bella cautiously approaches the counter.
"Dada!" Isaiah cheers running over to Embry as Anna puts him down. "Heya buddy. Miss me?" Embry smiles lifting him up, Isaiah nods and settles onto his lap to eat the muffin. "Leave it to Jacob to get around Sam's gag order." Anna says as she sits between Embry and Jared. "He didn't say anything, or... couldn't." Bella tells her. "That's a wolf thing. Alpha's orders get obeyed whether we want to or not -" Embry explains as he hands Anna a muffin. "How 'bout you shut up now, Embry?" Jared asks getting a smack on the back of the head from Anna "Watch your mouth." she scolds. "You know Jacob's gonna fill her in." Embry retorts. "Yeah, I know every stupid thought he has. Wanna know what he thinks of you?" Jared asks Bella. "Like you need special powers to know that." Anna mutters making Emily nod. "It's another wolf thing. We hear each other's thoughts. Good for hunting. Embarrassing for everything else." Embry explains with a slight blush on his cheeks. Anna smiles and kisses his cheek before kissing Isaiah's head. Jared leans over to Bella "Freaking out yet?" he asks. "You're not the first mind reader I've met." Bella tells him meeting his look. "Jake's right. You are good with the weird." Embry tells her putting an arm round Anna. "But I don't get -- how? Why?" Bella asks as Sam walks in behind her. "Because there are bad things here. And they're getting worse." Sam tells her making Bella spin round to look at him.
Sam moves past her to Emily "Hey Em." He smiles before he kisses Emily's scarred face adoringly. Anna smiles at them before looking up to see Jacob and Paul walk in. They both laugh and jab one another making Anna smile and shake her head. Embry hands her Isaiah before he and Jared crowd them finding a scar on Paul's arm "Ha! Pay up." Embry smiles making Jared reluctantly hand him five bucks. Paul sits down and turns to Bella "Sorry." he apologises before grabbing a muffin to eat. Bella and Jacob leave making Anna roll her eyes "He's gonna tell her everything." she tells the pack. Embry puts a comforting arm round her "Hey, if she starts acting like she did before then you don't need her." he tells her. Anna smiles sadly making Embry start pecking her check repeatedly, til she giggles and smiles properly. Emily smiles and puts another plate of muffins on the table as Anna's phone starts ringing. Picking it up she spots the caller ID of her dad "Hey dad." she says handing Isaiah to Embry and moving out to the porch. "Hey Sweetheart. Are you alone?" he asks. "Yeah, well my friends are in the house why?" Anna asks. "I don't want you alone right now. Can Embry come to the phone as well?" Charlie asks. Anna looks to Embry and motions for him to come outside, nodding he hands Isaiah to Sam and walks over to her.
Anna puts the phone on speaker "He's here now dad. What is it?" Anna asks. "It's about Jameson. He's disappeared, completely off the grid. He had pictures of you and Isaiah in his house. Do not go anywhere alone sweetheart, we're trying to find him." Charlie tells her. Anna starts shaking as Embry takes the phone. She sees his mouth moving but doesn't hear anything but a ringing in her ears, Embry hangs up and turns to her trying to calm her down. Anna's eyes roll to the back of her head as she passes out, Embry catches her as she falls and holds her in his arms on the floor. "Emily, take Isaiah upstairs to play." Sam tells his fiancé who nods and does as he says. "Embry, let's get her inside." Paul tells the younger teen. Embry nods and picks Anna up and carries her into the living room, gently placing her on the sofa as Jared puts a blanket over her. "What happened?" Paul asks. "The man who- he's missing and has been stalking Anna and Isaiah." Embry explains with a shakey voice. Just then Jacob walks in the house and spots them in the living room. "What the... Anna?" he asks rushing over to them, Sam motions for Jacob to follow him outside so he can explain away from Embry. As he does Anna starts tossing and crying out in her sleep. Immediately Embry starts brushing her hair "Shh it's okay Anna. I'm here baby." he tells her, Anna sits up suddenly and starts sobbing. Embry sits next to her "Baby?" he asks holding his arms out. Anna nods and lets him wrap his arms around her small figure. "I've got you baby." he tells her gently as he kisses her head.
