CHAPTER 5

Next morning

Raizada Mansion

"Sweetheart please eat okay, I swear I would take you to her." Sakshi tried to deceive Maya.

"No no no, grandma am not a small baby. If you don't take me to my angel I won't talk to you, period." Maya said in a stern voice and Arnav laughed coming downstairs.

"It's not funny." Maya glared at Arnav.

"Ouch baby, you hurt me." Arnav feign it and Maya folded her arms.

"It's not working on me." She said and Sakhi just sighed.

"What's wrong mom?" Arnav asked curiously.

"She wants to meet her Angel." She said

"Angel?" Arnav was confused

"My angel, my angel. Do you get me." Sakshi wanted him to understand.

"Ooh but it's too early baby, she would be busy at the office, I promise Saturday I would send you to her personally, I promise." Arnav said trying to calm the atmosphere.

"You promised daddy." She said before picking her pancake and sakshi let go of her breadth.

"Baby am going, mom see you later." Arnav kissed their cheeks.

"Bye son, please don't forget to take your medicines." Sakshi reminded him.

"Okay mom, love you." He left and Sakshi glared at Maya who giggled.

Payal's Apartment

"I swear khushi, you look okay. We don't want to miss the discount tricycle." Payal said, at the mentioned of that khushi rushed out.

"Oh my let's go." Khushi dragged payal out, they locked the door and Left.

Inside Tricycle

"Payal am very very nervous. I don't know whether they would like my food." Khushi said anxiously.

"Baby girl don't worry, you gonna make it. Am thinking of mine." Payal said and khushi smiled.

"We have reached, let's go." When Khushi saw  the building ,she gape.

"Holy moly, it's this where you worked?" Khushi asked still in awe, payal nodded. She dragged her to the door, people where staring at khushi like she has gone nuts.

"Hi my name it's Khushi, your boss sent for me." She said showing the receptionist her card and she frowned.

"Okay, payal you should direct her to the lion's den." The receptionist said eyeing khushi's dressing.

"Okay, bye Mrs bimbo." Payal muttered.

"What did you say ,you meek." She said and payal dragged khushi to the elevator.

"That was great didi." Khushi giggled

"Thanks Sissy, let me tell you one thing dear, here you need not to trust anyone. Everyone tries to survive, fight okay." Payal said and khushi smiled.

"You know me already sissy, I don't tolerate nonsense." Khushi said and payal laughed, the elevator dinged and payal kept mum.

"We are approaching, stay quiet. Do not challenge him khushi, I know your chatter mouth. Am only giving you a warning." Payal said, just then they heard an outburst.
