The prison gate sound rang and the gate opened. I walked out with my head held high smiling at Lauren and Zion standing next to they car.
''Wassup big sis?'' I said hugging her.
''Hey lil bro. Good to see you again.'' She said smiling
''Sup patna?'' Zi said dabbing me up and hugging me.
''Lo and Angel couldn't make it cus of school but they gon come by the house later to check up on you.'' She said.
''Aight bet. What about Sash?'' I asked them.
They both shook they head and I sighed.
''She and her grandma left for Detroit. They gon visit family for a couple months so she'll be back before prom.'' She explained.
''Oh. Okay.'' I said.

When I looked at Chris, I noticed he got a lil bit more buff and his mustache was growing fuller. He desperately needed a line up but that was some shit we could worry about later.
We got in the car and started driving. I was driving this time with Chris in the back and Zion in the front with me.
Chris was on his phone minding his business and we was playing some songs from Brent Faiyaz in the front.
''Aye Chris, you on probation or what?'' Zi asked looking at him in the back.
''Nah bro, they dropped the charges. But they did give me a parole officer to monitor by behavior and shit. Making sho I don't get into no mo trouble.'' he answered looking through the window.
