🌟CHAPTER 1🌟

YN POV

I

I arrived home from school and found my Mom on the couch, which was unusual because she usually comes home after 10 PM. She was sitting there, smiling while looking at her phone. I approached her and greeted her with a "Hi Mom." She was startled by my voice and turned to face me. I stood there with my arms crossed and raised an eyebrow. She quickly put away her phone and stood up, asking "YN, Sweety, when did you get home?"

It was clear that she was completely absorbed in her phone and didn't even notice when I arrived. Even if a thief had entered, she likely wouldn't have noticed and would have asked me when I arrived.

"Mom, when did you get here? Aren't you supposed to be at work? Did something happen?" I inquired. She looked at me with surprise and then chuckled. I was getting confused, but she seemed amused.

YN: Mom, why are you laughing? Did you hurt your head or something?

Mom: No, sweetie, I'm okay. And I didn't get fired. I came here early because there's something I want to tell you.

It seems like my mom has something important to share with me since she's here. She could have also just called me, but I'm looking forward to hearing what she has to say. When I asked her what's on her mind, she suggested I change first before we have lunch and talk. She even made my favourite dish today! I better hurry up and get ready.

When I heard that my mom had made my favourite dish, I felt happy because it had been a long time since I had eaten it. I told my mom to wait for me while I went to my room to change. After taking a quick shower, I changed into comfortable clothes. This is what I wore 

I headed to the dining room where my Mom was waiting for me. I took my seat and she started serving the delicious food. I enjoyed it so much that I completely forgot my Mom had something to tell me. After finishing the meal, I moved to the living room and sat down. My Mom joined me there, and I suddenly remembered she had something important to share with me. I asked her what it was.

YN- Mom what do you want to tell me?

Mom- umm.. actually YN I have---

YN- You have what Mom?

Mom- Yndon'tbeangrybutIhaveaboyfriendandIlovehimsomuchandhealsolovemesomuchandweanttogwtmarriedsopleaseacceptourrelationship.

I was surprised to hear my mom rap, but I couldn't understand a word she was saying and she seemed nervous. I asked her to repeat it in a slower or normal tone. "Mom, I didn't know you could rap so fast! It's amazing, but I can't understand anything you're saying," I explained. In response, my mom shared some big news with me. 

Mom: YN, I don't want you to be upset, but I have a boyfriend who I love very much. He also loves me deeply and we want to get married. I hope you can accept our relationship.
