Taehyung felt an ache in his heart when he saw the usual sauve and aloof jungkook sobing like a infant infront of him. He couldn't help but wrap his delicate arms around him who instantly nuzzels his face into his neck, hicupping a little

"Believe me, I didn't want to kill anyone if them. But I thrist my avenge for my parents death, I couldn't let them die without justice. I lost my hope on everything until I met you. You were like a shining star that prevent me from any astray decision. I don't know how, but I develop feelings for you. You are the only person I have seen that is too honest and faithful to his duty, maybe my heart couldn't resist that charm of yours. I am sorry if I kidnap you for my selfish self, but I wanna confess that I love you to moon and back" Jungkook confesses honestly before wiping his tears that were falling from his doe eyes

"Stop crying!" Taehyung bruseqly states, as he feels his heart twisting into knots and thrusting up to come out. He bite his lips after looking at the vulnerable condition of jungkook

"I am sorry" Jungkook keeps on muttering the words like a mantra, his mind expecting the worst as he tightened his grip around taehyung's waist who didn't object at that

"No need to say sorry" Taehyung replies audibly before rubbing his hand on jungkook's cheek, who leans on the inviting touch

"Do you believe, it wasn't my fault" Jungkook asks suddenly, his eyes glued to taehyung who felt himself hesitating to answer. His occupation wasn't to inquire what makes a person to commit crimes, but to just eliminate such elements from the society. He has been doing this for years and never in his life was he skeptical over his own thinking.

"No, it wasn't overly your fault. We weren't just able to protect another innocent child" Taehyung responds as he felt jungkook's arms clutching more tightly on his waist. His lips quivers before his tears were again cascading down his flushed cheeks

"A-Are you l-lieing"

"No, and stop crying. You look like a baby" Taehyung trys cheering jungkook who sniffed in return, while dabbing his nose with the hem of his hoodie. Taehyung bites his inner cheeks to stop himself from cooeing at sight

"I am sorr---"

"Shut up, You need to sleep. Just lay down and take rest" Taehyung stands up from his bed before forcing jungkook to lie down who reluctantly sits straight

"What happens"

"It is your bed. Where will you sleep" Jungkook asks as he tried to scramble on his feet but was opposed by taehyung who quickly stop him by grabbing his shoulder and pushing him down

"You sleep here today. I will take your mattress"

"No, you won't be able to sleep on the floo---"

"Did I ask your opinion? Just lie down and sleep. I am okay there" Taehyung says before tucking jungkook inside his fluffy grey duvet, who was watching him with his doe eyes

"Good night, sweetheart" Jungkook says before closing his eyes as he quickly travel to the dreamland by the exertion

"Good night" Taehyung replies before leaving from there, his feet taking him out of the cottage that was shining bright in the dark night
