Like with Kurogiri, the two quirks fused into an entirely new quirk. In addition, brain scans have shown that the level of activity is on par with Kurogiri, and the subject has not manifested the enhanced physical strength of other noumu.
It is unclear why the subject has mutated in this way, as opposed to the other noumu. Possible cause is that the base corpses of both Kurogiri and the subject were embalmed before they were acquired. The embalming process may have altered the transformation process. More testing is required.
