Review:
It's a fluffy love story. Don't use logic in this novel, just enjoy the youth love story. MC is really white rabbit like having an elementary school mental age. ML is perfect in every way except he has heart failure due to premature birth. They met in the game, ML is speechless with MC who don't understand anything but can survive until mid level. ML slowly warming up with MC and fell in love with her. MC also got used to with ML care. When they got together, ML's friend and sister didn't trust MC can take care ML because MC is a naive girl and can't do anything. MC keep saying she'll learn to take care ML but the other didn't believe it. When ML is sick and want to go US for heart transplant, MC follow him to US. after a year MC learn to live independent and taking care ML by making soup everyday (?). Then ML went into surgery due to his heart deteriorating. Last chapter, MC went back alone, ML friends pick her up. MC get angry because ML didn't pick her up and hang her call, MC said she want to break up. ML get angry then coax her. Turns out ML is preparing for their wedding in secret. ML said to take her home, but he take her to civil bureau. MC said she didn't want to marry early but ignored by ML who already got MC parent permission. The last sentences are:
Don't want to get married?
