Summary:

Review:
A bit hard to read on MTL. Overall it is a good romance politic in ancient era. At first ML looks more human since he is a cold man who didn't understand romance, then he become more OP like he knows everything. The first half will be about MC and the baby son who rebirth avoid internal conflict in ML backyard, the second half is story related to royal family and throne.
MC was ML concubine, she was doted but more like sex slave to ML. She died by poison. She rebirth to before going to ML as nanny. She was living with her sister and brother in law family. The brother-in-law has a younger sister (YY) who is jealous of MC because the man she like, love MC. YY scheme and throw MC to brothel, MC was raped and pregnant. MC got a son and still live with her sister family because her own family refuse her. MC chose to become nanny again in ML backyard because she doesn't want to be married by her sister-in-law(from MC brother).
MC met ML again, ML attracted to MC. MC refuse to become his concubine, but they still have sex in secret. Some conflicts between ML concubine and wife. Yup ML is a bit scum. Later it was said ML find the wrong person. He was drugged and have sex in brothel. He took back the woman since she is pregnant. But turns out it should be MC. MC is doted again and got pregnant. When she gave birth, ML wife want to kill MC but failed. ML want to divorce her and make MC his wife. They are already in Beijing when MC is pregnant.
ML has some conflict with the other princes. In the end he rescued the emperor and was named as crown prince. The emperor abdicate and MC become the queen. What I don't like about this novel is the enemies ending. If it's a male then he will die, if it's a woman either live in seclusion or die. It's a quick ending despite their long conflict. Like the ML wife, after divorced she realized her mistake but never regret it, she live with her mother far from capital. The princess who plan everything to harm MC live in seclusion never appear in front of MC and ML again after requesting MC to accept her son in royal study. Fyi this princess has relationship with ML wife when they are young, so ML is disgusted with his wife. The princess married ML brother who plan to rebel and killed by ML.
Extra story is about ML from first timeline possess his own body in second timeline (current), they fought because current ML didn't want him to touch MC even though he knew it was himself from another world. There's extra for MC son with his wife too but I didn't read it.
