Review:
A peaceful life during apocalypse. Not much conflict or zombie fighting. From the start until almost end of novel, only the 2 of them, no other characters until around 5 chapters before ending.
The ML and MC relation progress is nice, not too abrupt. Can be understood why and how they fell in love together and not the lovey dovey type but they depend on each other like an old married couple.
The only worth of spoiler is ML identity. ML is a mercenary because he needed money for his parent so he sign 5 years contract. But during that year his parent divorced and have new family. He lost his home and continue as mercenary. Then got betrayed by his friend, he was taken as test subject by some people. When he run out the apocalypse happened. A bit unlucky 😄 due to the experiment he stop getting older. His age is 48 lol but look like 26. He live with MC to get a peaceful life. At the end I think MC knew that he was the key to end apocalypse. I skipped this part. What I read they went back to base and ML got experimented for vaccine. The vaccine is done, ML live with MC again and open a farm.
