Summary:

The little girl finally stopped following him later on. He was not used to it until he saw her rival Shen Kuo pressing her against the wall, asking in a cold voice, “Do you like me?”

She was so scared and said sobbingly, “Like… like…”

Review:
Another fluffy high school romance. The conflict is like usual back in time in 60-90s, ML is poor but will become rich later, he has high self esteem and inferior to MC, MC is from rich family etc.  MC is a mary sue and loves to cry a lot. I like how the author didn't force abrupt ending even though it's a bit weird when thinking MC and ML age gap. Overall I enjoyed reading this novel, it's good enough to make me finished it in 1 day.
MC went to around 90ish I think, she is not rebirth or transmigrated but really going back with her own body. She reverted to 13-15yo. The characters age keep changing and no fixed number. It was said MC father is 15 yo but he is in 3rd year highschool. In the last life, MC father got bankrupt by his rival which is ML. After that MC plead to ML to let go her father. ML promise her in exchange she has to stay with him. MC stayed with ML but he never did anything.
After MC went back to the past, she found her father. Her father keep fighting and bully ML. MC tried to be mediator and slowly attracted to ML. ML started to love MC. ML tried to earn money so he could be worthy for MC, in the end he accept MC love and starts dating. MC remember ML in past life is always lonely and said he is waiting his only love which turns out herself. ML hates MC family because his father worked in MC family cement factory, he got pneumonia due to bad environment. ML want to make MC father lose everything, but he stop his revenge due to MC.
MC disappear when her mother is pregnant. 18 years later, she wake up and remember the events from first timeline where her father got bankrupt. She knew it is different from current situation and didn't mind much. The others thought she will remember her memory with ML, when they knew she didn't remember, they keep silent. ML met her again, fyi ML is 40ish now while MC is 18. MC loves him again, she thought ML still love her first love which is her aunt. In the end ML said he will forget the past and live with her even if she didn't remember.
MC got kidnapped by her father ex-stepsister. ML rescue her, she remember the past. MC proposed to marry ML.
There're small conflicts along the story but it resolved quickly and as expected. Not much twist. I like ML personality but the MC seems like didn't do much except crying and mary sue. Imho MC mother has better personality and more unique than MC. Mtlnovel didn't have complete chapters, I'll post the raw links in comments
