This one is a typical school romance. The plot is as expected, easy to guess. I pitied the ML, he is dependent to MC but MC break up with him without notice in order to make his leg healed then after it is healed, she abruptly chase him back. MC sounds like a scum, and ML just accept her back after they marry.
MC got into car accident when she is with her childhood fiancee, the fiancee saved his first love first then MC died. MC saw how ML tried to save her and how he protected her in her life. MC came back to her junior school time. ML is disabled, he is from wealthy family. He got abandoned by his family after his leg can't be saved (he was the heir, the family just sent him to recuperate and make another heir). MC chase ML and slowly got close. MC told her mother that her father cheated and the child he was told an orphan is actually his illegitimate child. MC mother divorced her husband. MC grandma got angry and splashed hot water (I thought she brought acid) to MC after school, ML protect MC and hurt his shoulder. MC got distressed. Then she realize it was about time ML family picked ML and he went abroad. At first MC ask ML to stay and promise her to never leave. ML father can't have another child so he want to take back ML, he found expert who said there's 1% to cure ML leg. MC realize in the last life, ML leg is cured. MC met her old friend, a professor, in the last life he struggled to take care his child so he published articles and become scholar also never married. In this life, MC make her mother help him, the professor financial got better so he never published articles and still an ordinary teacher, he got remarried and have second child. MC is afraid that because of her, ML leg won't get better. So she dump him with cruel words making him leave with his family.
Btw MC original fiancee, was confuse about MC who suddenly reject him. He tried to amend their relationship but got rejected. He dreamt the car accident, he was MC lover, at that time MC mother already died, she left a company to MC which will give dividend. The fiancee found out that actually the company got bankrupted, someone bought it and use the original account to send money for MC. He got suspicious, then when it is a car accident, he saw the girl on backseat which MC thought his first love is in bloody state while MC seems better, maybe in revenge, he saved the other girl first. He saw how MC died. He wake up and keep thinking if that dream is real. There's not much interaction of MC and the original fiancee. The first love also didn't have much screen time, they just went apart after some times.
Back to the story, 3 years later ML is back, MC met him in hotel and chase him again. ML actually went back to marry her but keep cold to her. ML thought if MC didn't want to marry, he will force her. He never thought that MC is willing to marry him. In the end he believe MC really love him after they have marriage and sex.
