Summary:

The author is the same as 'Don't Cry', I read the manga on early chapter but stopped since the manga is slow. Based on the style, I had a hunch that this novel is a sweet fluffy type and not revenge faceslap type. My hunch is correct, it is a romance highschool. There's no solid background story for both ML and MC. Until the end, ML past is mentioned within 2-3 sentences, no other explanation.
In the last life, MC only met ML 2 times. The first time she met him is when he is beating other boys. Then she met him again 6 month later when MC is trapped in fire when she was working. ML saved her and got disfigured. He never show up again in front of MC. Later MC realize the true face of her adopted family. They used MC parent inheritance and want to chase her out of house. They stopped because a wealthy family want to marry MC adopted sister, but she ran away after saw the man. He was disfigured because of terrorist attack when he was young. MC was forced to marry him. The man has heavy paranoia. Later MC lost her leg because of the adopted sister. The man imprisoned her until MC died.
MC rebirth to high school. She told ML to avoid ambushed that break his hand until he couldn't play piano. ML already knew MC before but never get close to her. MC felt ML is similar to her husband in previous life. They both have paranoid and a madman. MC thought they are different person since they are not from the same city. MC and ML get close. MC began attracted to ML, then she knew he was her husband in the last life. She realized that ML in last life always protect her in silence because he saw MC as pure white and didn't want to tain her. MC moved her school following ML, her adopted family met her once but got cleaned up by ML. They never appear again. The adopted sister also disappear after MC moved school, no story about her.

MC thought he restrain himself too much because he was afraid to be abandoned. In the end they married after college and have a son. MC become a teacher while ML inherit his family company.
