Review:
It's a fluffy romance, each arc is quite short, around 20-25 chapters. Almost no conflict or it could be said the conflict on each arc is like a background story. If you need some sweet dog food that this is it. I only read 2-3 arc before stop reading it. For me it's a bit boring since it only have romance with common plot. I'll keep this novel on my wait list for the sweet moments.
Arc 1: Brother soldier in '80s
It was said MC is ML's medicine. She need to collect ML soul who scattered, to do that she need in constant contact with ML. She thought to find body as his friend but she could only find a body who later become his wife. MC family is poor, she is the 2nd child. She had older brother and younger sister. She stop going to school so her sister can continue to study. It's a typical youngest child got spoiled while MC was sacrificed. MC father and mother actually is not bad but they didn't realize that they are too partial. ML saved MC younger sister when she was drown. ML mother propose marriage but MC sister don't want to marry ML. MC mother thought to let MC marry ML in exchange of her sister. MC accept it and engage with ML. After married MC life is smooth. No conflict or something. MC sister ending is told like a background story. She chase a man to the city and marry him because she is pregnant. The man family was a landlord and have bad reputation, MC family disagree but the younger sister insist. In the end she broke her relation with the family. Soon her man cheat, MC younger sister can only set up a small stall for money.
Arc 2: Abstinence Actor
MC is a small actor in group acting. She substitute a small role in a movie by famous director. ML is the male lead in the movie. MC act good and liked by everyone. ML pursue her then they began to date. MC career went up after the movie. MC and ML married.
Arc 3: Master his uncle
MC fiancee derailed. MC transmigrate then ask ML who is the fiancee uncle to marry her. She keep pestering him until he agreed. MC and ML relation got better. The niece or ex-fiancee got into car accident and become silly.
Arc 4: Wheelchair boss
MC is a little cook and ML is a village owner not sure what it is. The setting is in wuxia, I guess ML is owner of sect or something. He actually leader of demon cult to get his revenge. I skipped a lot of part. In the end ML marry MC as his wife and took his revenge. MC cure his poison.
Arc 5: Yin Bird Factory
MC is Empress Dowager and ML is an eunuch who control the government. The emperor is still a child. MC lost her own son so she adopt a prince to become emperor. MC family want to kill the emperor but they failed. I skipped a lot chapter. ML got close to MC. In the end MC fake death and live with ML in a county.
Arc 6: Republican Marshal
MC is adopted by ML family. ML got into comma. His mother ask a Taoist then he said he need to marry a girl. It match with MC. When they wed, ML woke up. ML want to freed MC but his mother refuse, she is afraid he'll got into accident again. OMC like the 2nd son who is an illegitimate son. He went abroad to avoid the conflict between his own mother and ML mother. ML got close to MC. He then knew MC like the 2nd son and said he'll help her if she has a person she love. MC got irritated. At first because ML always forget about her and only she remembered all their love, she doesn't want to get close to ML again. She plan to live with him as sibling even if they are married. Then ML never took action even if he realize he love MC. He plan to keep as sibling because he know that's what MC want. ML got into conflict with his mother because his mother want him to take concubine so he can have son. ML refuse it, he said he'll adopt a child from 2nd son. In the end MC said she love him then they got together.
Arc 7: Cool School
MC has single parent, her mother open a dessert shop. MC become table mate with ML. ML is famous for his short tempered and like to fight. MC and ML slowly got close. They began dating, ML mother is grateful to MC.
