Isabella's POV ~
I stared into his eyes; his eyes identical to mine.
The world seemed to stop around us, as we just stared at each other.
His gaze seemed to be analysing everything about me, and quite frankly, I was doing the same.
Our eyes were the same, our hair was the same. We were basically carbon copies of each other, if it wasn't for the obvious gender difference.
I felt my feet begin moving, but I almost didn't notice as my eyes stayed locked on his.
Without a second thought, I took off running towards him, pushing through the crowd of people and straight into his arms which wrapped around me and pulled me in close.
Then a bang was heard.
Shots were fired.
Shouting was heard.
Orders were given.
Bodies were dropped.
And that's when mine and Elijah's did too.
It felt like time had stopped, as our hearts did too.
It felt like the noise around us had shut down, as our bodies did too.
Our vision became smaller, as our time left on earth did too.
As we looked into each other's eyes one last time, we smiled, knowing we'd be reunited again soon in heaven.
