Now that Virat was home, it had become a routine for him to go and pick up Rishabh from school and then drop him at the academy.
"Bhai can I please bunk the school today? Aapko pata hai na mai match ki wajah se assignment poora nahi kar paaya tha, aaj submission date hai" Rishabh requested Virat, showing his puppy eyes on the way to school.
"Koi baat nahi, assignment hi toh hai, uske liye school bunk karega? " Virat clearly didn't like the idea.
"Maths ka assignment hai. Wo teacher meri band baja degi, waise hi nahi pasand usko main" Rishabh reasoned.
"Kon? Wahi monalisa? Abhi bhi wahi padhati hai ya koi aur hai? " Virat asked.
"Haan. Mona Thakur. Pata nahi kya problem hai usko mujhse, hamesha mereko taunt maarti hai, aaj toh poora slaughter hi kar degi" Rishabh told Virat. In Virat's dislike of Mona, Rishabh was sensing his opportunity.
"Wo mere sath bhi aise hi karti thi. Purani problem hai bhai usko" Virat uttered.
"Haina? Aaj fir kahi aur chale? Movie dekhne? " Rishabh gleefully suggested.
"Tu beta chup-chap school jayega" Virat stated.
"Par" Rishabh objected.
"Par kya? Ek monalisa ke taano se school jana chhod dega? No, that's not my brother" Virat said.
"Bhai please na, kal poora kar lunga. Aaj ke liye hi toh bol raha hoon. Aap toh aise mana kar rhe ho kaise aapne kabhi bunk maara hi nahi" Rishabh whined.
"Tu assignment wassignment poora kare na kare, mujhe farak nahi padta, but I'm not letting you bunk school under my watch. Mahi bhai ko pata laga na mera kachoomar bana denge wo" Virat uttered.
"Kitna darte ho aap mahi bhai se, pata nahi kaise bunk ki hongi aapne" Rishabh said, trying to rile him up.
"Maine mere tereeke dhund liye the. Tu apni dekh, atleast us monalisa ke dar se bunk nhi maarta tha mai" Virat taunted.
Rishabh rolled his eyes, Virat was a lost cause. He knew he feared Mahi bhai enough to not take him out to bunk the class but he was no less. If Virat won't let him bunk the class, he would do it the other way.
Rishabh, shubman, ishan and rutu gathered on the backside of the school building. "Guys, chalo ek ek karke jump karte hain" Shubman whispered.
