I was awake, when my alarm went off. I looked at my phone, realizing that it's already 7am and that I spent all night staring at the ceiling, thoughts traveling through my mind. Sometimes when I overthink, I lose track of time, resulting in accidental overnights. I had to get ready for university.
Yes, it was finals season, but yesterday I received an email informing me that there would be little consultation held for our next final, which is history. They usually do this for hard subjects, it's for students to ask questions about past lectures and lecturer would explain it again. I never ask any questions, but even though attendance isn't mandatory, I never miss it. I just sit in last row and listen to explanations, sometimes finding topics I missed throughout the year.
But today Minho also said there would also be little event, and that he needed every literature major to attend.
I usually dress very casually in university. Just plain sweatpants and hoodie, but today I somehow felt myself wanting to wear classic pants and button up shirt. Since, well why not? I haven't got chance to dress something else other than sweatpants after that night in the bar... since i have been spending my days cuddled up in my room.
That night in the bar... come to think of it, I haven't heard from him since. I've been too busy crying myself to sleep to think about anything else other than Changbin. I look at myself in the mirror.
"I feel like shit." I whisper, when i notice black circles underneath my eyes.
When I'm done cringing at myself in the mirror, i take my backpack and run down the stairs in kitchen to grab cup of coffee. I'm met with my one and only brother, Mr. Lee Minho. It seems he already got ready, sitting in his professional suit and glasses, sipping coffee and reading newspapers. He looks up at me when he feels my presence.
"Haven't seen you in a while." He says, folding newspaper and placing it next to his coffee. I chuckle, finding my way to coffee machine to gulp one cup in a second, because i don't have much time left.
"We live in same place." I answer, almost burning my tongue.
"Yet, I haven't seen you in a while." He repeats, death staring in my eyes. What is this one up to? Then Annie runs towards kitchen.
"FELIX!" she yells while running towards me and pulling me in a hug.
"Annie, you almost spilled my coffee!" I pretend to be angry, when her little hands are all wrapped around my waist, gripping it tighter and tighter. Who am i kidding? I have been so touch deprived lately. Not leaving my room, not having any human interaction... only stupid reality shows to pass time.
