Chapter 43

        -capital city of Hastinapur-

Kazan Uzumaki, the clan's strongest after Naruto and the oldest and most experienced ninja among them, had arrived at the great, hidden capital of the Uzumaki kingdom. When he arrived, he was warmly recieved by the people and was met with a royal entourage led by Naruto himself.

''My great nephew.'' Kazan warmly embraced his great nephew in a hug;  it had been months since they last saw each other.

''I was afraid you won't be coming, great uncle.'' Naruto said to the elder Uzumaki.

Kazan gave a hearty laught at that. ''I won't miss it, not even for the world, my nephew.'' He replied.

The occasion was none other than the royal wedding between Naruto Namikaze and Shizuka. Sure, they were already husband and wife but there wasn't a formal wedding that took place yet to commemorate their union. The event was tomorrow and it would take place in the temple.

''Imagine my surprise to learn that you hadn't already conducted a wedding yet, nephew! But, I suppose I should be fortunate since it means that the clan and I get to celebrate this grand event.''

''I wouldn't have it any other way, great uncle.'' Naruto replied. To celebrate perhaps the most important event in his life, the presence of all Uzumaki clan members and his subjects was, he felt, the best way to do it.

''I brought you something, nephew.''

''A wedding gift, uncle?''

''No. That's for tomorrow.'' Kazan then showed Naruto his updated Bingo Book entry. It read:

''Really?'' Naruto then flipped the pages and saw that his great uncle was right.
