Deep Water Prompts

• It looked like a storm was moving in, but the sky was lying.

• They built it out of living trees, over a hundred long years.

• He panicked, and swallowed it whole.

• Her birthday was tomorrow, and she had no idea.

• He bought her a drink, not knowing it was an assassination attempt.

• They had only known each other for five minutes when it happened.

• They warned her to always keep the passenger seat occupied. On the day she forgot, they stopped her on the highway.

• This late at night, only one supermarket was open, and I had vowed never to go back.

• Week after week, he sent her new bunches of dead flowers.

• The windows were locked, the door was shut tight, and there was a bird in my bedroom.

• I learned how to fly against my will.

• "I'm just saying, when I was dead I didn't have these kinds of issues."

• She bought the shirt for a dollar at the thrift store, and found the key in the pocket a week later.

• The butterflies were beautiful, but they came with bad intentions.

• She was on her way to commit a murder when her bike went down with a flat tire.

• She recognized the voice coming from the radio, but couldn't quite place it.

• His whole life was numbers, from birth to death.
