Character prompt #5

She was quiet about how she protected her friends. She nudged them further into the booth of any diner, making sure to sit on the outside. She refused to let her friends walk on the side closest to the cars when they're on a sidewalk. She kept an eye on the people around them. She did all of this, because she cared more deeply than she could say.
