Forty Three

"You're lucky I'm gonna be by your side all night" Nate said walking up to my mirror as I applied lipgloss

"Why's that?"

"Because everyone's gonna be looking at you with that dress"

"I hope that includes you?" I said standing up and throwing my arms around his neck

"Oh it definitely does princess" I missed him calling me that

He pushed his body towards me and put his lips onto mine passionately.

"We could just stay here" he chuckled into the kiss

"No, I wanna go" I laughed lightly pushing him away but with no avail because he just grabbed me again 

"I love you so fucking much Liv"

"I love you too Nate Jacobs" I leaned up and pecked his lips

"Okay let's go"

"Hold my hand" Nate whispered as we walked in. The party was already booming by the time we got there, it was a big party, just like every other one. That's one thing I'll say about this town, it might be boring, but the people here know how to throw a good ragger

I grabbed Nate's hand as we walked in. Nate greeted some of his friends as he lead me somewhere. We made it to a little bar area with a bunch of drinks.

"Here" he said handing me a drink

"Thank you"

We both did a couple shots

"Let's go dance" he said grabbing my hips from behind pushing me to the dance floor.  We made it to the dance floor and started to dance to the music. I swayed my hips and started grinding on him. He leaned forward and moved my hair off of my neck, breathing heavily on it, causing me to shiver.

We continued dancing until we both had enough. We walked over to the kitchen where some people Nate  knew were. He held onto me while he talked to them. He was right he wasn't gonna let me out of his sight tonight. Soon Cassie walked in and greeted us, she was with McKay which was a surprise, last I knew they were broke up.

"Thanks for ditching me yesterday" she said sarcastically walking up to me

"I was so tired after my meeting, who knew college was so fucking exhausting"

"I don't even know why your thinking about it already"

"Cause I can't wait to get the fuck out of this town"

"Me either, but I'm sad you're leaving me"

"Who said I was leaving you?"

"You're def going to some Ivy League school"

"Probably not, but I'm leaving here that's for sure"

"Anyways, you and McKay are back together?"

"Yeah, I missed him plus I was just over reacting" she said leaning in

"We can go dress shopping, if we're not too hungover"

"Shopping will cure the hangover duh" she laughed

"Wanna go get a drink?" She asked

"Sure"

I turned to Nate was in his own world talking to McKay and some other guys.

"We're gonna go get a drink, do you want anything"

"No"

"Okay I'll be back" I gave him a smile before walking off and linking arms with Cassie

"So how's Nate been"

"He actually hasn't been an asshole lately which I surprising"

"He must be good in bed"

"What why?"

"With all the shit you put up with, I'm not stupid Liv, I've seen the bruises"

"He just gets mad sometimes, and I don't do anything to help it so"

"Liv, it's abuse" she said stopping us from walking

"No it's not"

"Like I said he must be a god in bed"

"Oh he is" I sighed

We grabbed our drinks but before we could leave the bar area, kat stopped us

"Damn kat you look good as hell" I yelled

"So do you guys" she said walking over to us

"Where's Ethan?" I asked

"What about him?" Her smile dropped, I obviously struck a nerve

"Oh I thought you two were like together

"We're not" she dipped her head

"Fuck him anyways, men aren't shit" Cassie said trying to change the subject

"We should get back to the kitchen"

"Bye kat" we both said waving as we left. Cassie and I made our way back to the kitchen but when we got there, and the others were gone. We looked outside in the backyard to find Nate and the guys playing beer pong

"I really don't want to go back there"

"You wanna do molly?" Cassie asked raising her eyebrow and grinning

"Fuck it, let's do it"

We walked through the party and make our way to the living room where fez was sitting on the couch. He's at every big party like this, it's a cash cow for with being a drug dealer and all. Plus he always brings party favors.

"Hey fez" Cassie said as we plopped down next to him

"What's good"

"Where you been Liv, I ain't seen you in a while"

"Been busy"

"What you got tonight?" Cassie said skipping the small talk

"Everything"

"We'll take 2 Molly"

"Ight, I'll cover you this time"

"Thank you fez" Cassie said giving him a hug

He pulled out the little tin and each handed us a pill. We both took it and fez passed us the blunt he had. We both took a hit from that too.

"Fuck" I said leaning back blowing the smoke out of my mouth

"I needed that" I laughed

We sat on the couch for a good 30 minutes and I was definitely feeling it. It's been a while since I've been high plus the alcohol wasn't helping any

"Where the fuck have you been?" Nate said walking up to me

"Nate, I missed you" I said reaching my arm out towards him and laughing

"Are you high right now?"

"Phhft me? No I'm.... well maybe a little high" I laughed

"We're leaving, let's go"

"We just got here"

"Olivia were leaving, let's go" he said his voice getting sterner

"God can you shut the fuck up" I said without even thinking, oh god, This was not gonna end well. And that right there ladies and gents is why I don't get high.
