Third Person POV
"Yeah Ni-ki, I'll be back soon. Yeah yeah I'll get you your pasta. Okay I'll get you your bungeopbang too. No, I can't bring ice cream, it's gonna melt. No, Ni-ki- just get it from the cafe downstairs, if you want your ice cream so much. Also, I'm already getting you bungeopbang. Yeah yeah I know it's nice to eat it with ice cream. Oh my gosh- Ni-ki, just- I'm just gonna get you food okay and you better eat it. Bye. Yeah see you later."

Heeseung grumbled as he put away his phone. The younger boy had been annoying him for a while to get bungeopbang, which isn't really common in shopping malls or department stores, because, well, shopping. And bungeopbang is food.

"Gosh if he really wanted bungeopbang, he could get it himself. I'm not travelling to myeongdong just for that." The CEO muttered to himself as he walked to the lift and pressed the up down button, that would take him to the restaurants.

"Yah Kim Sunoo! Stop it!" Heeseung looked towards the source of the call, recognising the name. Although there were probably many Kim Sunoos in Korea, a certain Park Sunghoon's voice is very recognisable.

Shit.... Not them... Not now...

Heeseung was frozen to the spot as he felt the presence of 4 other people behind him, slowly getting closer. He obviously didn't want to say anything to them, but what if they saw him and started talking to him first?

Too late. He pondered for too long.

"Heeseung?" The CEO turned around to face the people who were once his friends as he heard Jake's voice.

"Oh uh, hi." Heeseung awkwardly greeted them.

"Oh uh, hey, how have you been?" Jake asked.

"Oh uhm, good, I guess. You?" He replied, smiling slightly, but dying of awkwardness on the inside.

"I'm good." Jake replied, smiling slightly.

There was a period of complete silence as the two of them just stood there looking like complete utter idiots, waiting for the lift.

"Yah, this is killing me." Sunoo whispered to Sunghoon and Jay, but he could be heard since the 5 of them were the only ones waiting at the lift.

"Shhhh they can hear you." Sunghoon replied.

'Why must I run into them here? I'm just here to get Ni-ki some food and his bungeopbang. Help.' Heeseung was screaming internally.

"Yeah well, I don't really care. They should either start talking again or like, we could just take the escalator." Sunoo whispered back to Sunghoon.

"We should have done that earlier then." Jay said.

"Yeah this is getting unbearably awkward."

"Shhhhhhh." Sunghoon hushed the both of them.

"So, uh, how's Ni-ki?" Jake asked.

"He's good as well. Mainly gaming all his days away."

"Of course he is. He loves gaming." Jake nodded, and the silence returned.

'Someone please just kill me right now. I should have taken the escalator.' Heeseung continued screaming internally.

The sound of the lift arriving was the only thing that broke the silence after what seemed like an awfully long time, and the five of them entered the lift, Heeseung at one side right next to the panel and Jake on the other, while the others stood in the middle observing the two.

"Which floor are you heading to?" Heeseung asked.

"Oh uh, the basement. We're kinda done shopping." Jake replied. Heeseung nodded and pressed the 'B' button.

"Where are you heading?" Jake asked.

"Ground floor to buy food."

"Ah I see." And there was silence. Jake watched the number slowly decreasing. He wanted to say something to Heeseung, but he felt too intimidated to speak. Heeseung always looked intimidating when he had a serious expression on.

As the lift reached the first floor, Jake finally spoke up.

"Hey uh, when can we see each other again?" Heeseung pressed the open button to make sure the doors don't close on him.

"I really don't know. If you need anything else, ask Hayoon to be your messenger." Heeseung replied before he walked out of the lift. Jake sighed as the doors closed in front of him.

"Man, he's scary. I actually forgot how scary he is when he's not smiling." Sunoo said as the lift started travelling down.

"Yeah." Sunghoon muttered.

"I don't like this. We used to be such good friends." Jay sighed.

"Let's just give him some time." Jake said.

Meanwhile, Heeseung quickened his footsteps to a Japanese restaurant to get some food for the Japanese kid, sighing in relief as he finally got out of that awkward situation.

'The world must hate me. Why must I run into them here of all places? Maybe Ni-ki should be the one buying food next time. He won't even realise they're there 'cause he's busy gaming while walking.'

'Should I ask them to meet though? I mean, I do miss them. A lot, actually. But I don't know. They were so quick to jump to conclusions about Jungwon, it's as if they never trusted him, as if they weren't friends.' Heeseung sighed and ran his fingers through his hair.

'Whatever, I'll think about this another time. Let's just get food for Ni-ki first.'
