Kane's mom told me to go back to the Pack house and wait for her to get things set up and luckily his father wasn't home. Even though things were all sorted out now, his father still puts me on edge. It's probably the Alpha thing.
As I waited, I had found my bag I brought with me that was full of my clothes and such. I instantly rummaged through it and found my cellphone. I had all but forgotten my things cause of all the stress but I'm happy I found my things again, especially my phone.
When I looked up at the clock for the 100th time is was 8 on the dot. The sun had fully set and I began hearing music in the far distance. Next thing I knew, Kane's Mother was bursting through the door with dress in hand.
"Oh dear, I'm so sorry! I'm actually running late. If you couldn't hear everyone's been ready at the community building for 30 minutes now but not to worry. Us women are never late, we arrive on time a.k.a., fashionably late."
She gave me a huge cheeky Grin and handed me the dress. I hurried and slipped it on and and she fastened it all up for me. Next she began to fix my hair. It was lightly waved and put in a nicely Styled upward ponytail of sorts. Once I put on my feminine hygiene products, I used my favorite perfume and put a spritz in my hair and on my neck and chest.
