--A year and 6 mo have passed-- You couldn't believe it'd already been a year since you gave birth to your and Zeldris' baby. It was a boy, the spitting image of Zel with white hair, a few black strands here and there. You named him Nova, and his first birthday was in a couple days. Thankfully the royal staff was super helpful with him, because you and Meliodas were already expecting in another 6 months. Since you couldn't travel and Zeldris was busy with his duties as Demon King, Meliodas had traveled to Earth to invite your friends to Nova's first birthday.

They hadn't been able to travel to the demon realm yet because of the miasma, but Meliodas had gone a few times to help Merlin develop pills to protect themselves. The Sins, Elizabeth, Hawk, and Elaine were to arrive today and you were running around trying to make sure everything was ready. Meliodas was holding Nova trying to get you to calm down. "Lil, it's okay! The maids can handle all this. You need to sit down and rest," he tried persuading you, but you were stubborn and didn't listen. "Do I need to go get Zel so you won't feel bad bossing people around? You know he's good at it," he giggled. Nova was pulling his hair, which made you giggle, especially because Meliodas probably didn't even feel it. "I can do it Meli! Leave me be," you fake pouted.
It was too late though, Zeldris was already in the room. You shot Meliodas a glare, knowing he used his telepathy to call for him. "Lily, I don't know why you insist on doing everything yourself," Zeldris scolded you, but in a sweet voice. He called for the maids and instructed them, "Get my wife some tea, and finish preparing for Nova's birthday party. Make sure everything's perfect, we have important guests arriving today."
After the maids left to do as he ordered, Zel came to sit next to you, pulling you into his arms. He kissed your forehead, "Do you want to go star gaze on Earth in a couple weeks?" You looked up at him, "Really?!" He chuckled at your excitement, "Yes. Meliodas can stay here with Nova and you and I can go watch a meteor shower that's happening on Earth in a couple weeks." You squealed with happiness, "Yes! I want to go!!" You hadn't been to Earth in the last two years and you missed it. Plus, you and Zel used to always sneak out of the demon realm when you were young to star gaze on Earth, so it was a befitting trip.
Meliodas had sent one of the royal staff to wait for your friends at the portal to bring them to the castle. A maid knocked on the door, "Master Zeldris, Lady Lilith, Master Meliodas, your guests are approaching." Zeldris helped you up, you were only 3 months pregnant but damn getting pregnant 3 months after having a baby is draining. The three of you made your way to the castle's entrance and waited for your friends arrival. Nova was sticking his fingers in Meliodas' nose, making you and Zeldris chuckle. Your friends came into view and you waved at them. They started running towards you but stopped in their tracks, they all looked shocked.
"Oh yeah, I wanted it to be a surprise so I didn't tell them about Nova or that you were pregnant with my kid either," Meliodas grinned. You rolled your eyes and Zel scoffed at him, taking Nova out of his arms so you and Meliodas could greet your friends easier. Elizabeth and Elaine sprinted up to you and gave you a tight hug, "I'm so happy to see you guys!" Diane was ogling over Nova, "Zeldris, he looks just like you!" causing your black haired lover to blush slightly. Ban and your blonde haired lover were doing their usual best friend punching bag reunion, while you chatted with Merlin, Escanor, and Gowther. King floated over to Diane who was now holding Nova. Zeldris didn't take his eyes off her, he really only trusted you and Meliodas to take care of his son if he wasn't.
