Nagmamadaling bumaba sa hagdan si Railee, hawak sa magkabilang kamay ang pakpak niya para sa white swan, pati sapatos.. "Tatay, we should hurry! Baka ma- late po ako sa recital."

I really hate it when she stay up all night just to watch kdramas. "How many time do I have to tell you? Kung may commitment ka kinabukasan, huwag kang magpupuyat." Kanina pa nakahanda ang lahat, nauna na rin ang nanay niya roon dahil isa siya sa mga organizer.

She simply shrugged and turned her back on me to pick an apple in the fruit basket.

My palm flew to my face. "Rai, wash that first..." I got a very handful daughter. "akala ko, sa nanay mo lang ako mahihirapan..." gusto kong magreklamo na pati sayo rin pala... kaya lang, ginusto ko naman 'to.

She chuckled and immediately went to the sink to wash the fruit. "You're so dead Tatay... Paano ka naman nahirapan kay Nanay eh, ang bait niya... tsaka," ngumuso siya sa akin.

Para kay Railee, MAbait ang Nanay niya dahil, "Lagi ka niyang pinagbibigyan..." Yes. That is the argument. Paano naman kasi, parehas silang mga evening person. Both of them are hyper when night comes. Kung nasa probinsya lang kami, baka nasabansagan na silang aswang. "If you only knew..."

It's a long long story before finally settling at this point. It still feels surreal. I can't believe I made it this far...

"C'mon Tatay... tell me while you're driving... we're running late." She demanded then took a big bite of her apple. I obliged and walked after her.

"Were you worried about me huh? I said, I'm fine... See? See?" The tipsy Ayane twirled and flipped her hair in front of her fiancé, muntikan pang mabuwal buti nalang at nahawakan agad ni Aki. Her obvious exhausted eyes disagreed, but she replied me a simple 'yeah'.

I sighed and went to the kitchen to get her some water. I can feel her, she's still tensed.

Bukas na ang kasal ng dalawang iyon... hindi muna siya umuwi ng Ilocos para lang sumama dito dahil pinaunlakan niya ang dalawa na maging abay siya. Malia as one of the bridesmaid also went to Ayane's bachelorette party with her.

"Si Neji, naiwan pa doon kasama yung iba..." aniya nang makabalik ako.

"They'll be fine." Besides, Neji can't go around without her bodyguards. "Tubig."
