Matt's POV

It has only been a day since my brothers found out about my eating problems (literally last night) and I was dreading what breakfast was going to provide, I'm cut from my thoughts by Chris "C'mere Matty I made you some toast" He must have sensed my worry "Don't worry just eat as much as you can, I'm so proud of you" he smiles, I stand up from the couch as I make my way over to the table were Nick and Chris are already tucking in, I look down and see what I think is the juiciest piece of toast I've ever seen it just screams CALORIES and a glass of water with ice, I gulp as I take a seat at the table, I can feel all eyes on me. Chris leans over and takes a slice "You eat that one piece and i'll have this one okay" He smiles sitting back down, I nod slowly picking up the piece of toast as I take a small bite.

I feel tears prick the corners of my eyes as I gulp down the piece of food, I feel disgusting. "I'm so proud of you" Nick says as I see Chris smiling widely "You did such a good job" I feel tears fall down my cheeks as I whisper "I can't eat anymore" I'm already finding it hard to keep this down "That's alright we will try again at dinner" Chris replies a smile plastered on his face "Yeah you did such a good job Matt, I can't imagine how hard this must of been for you love." Nick says as I feel him rub my arm gently. I take a sip of my water as I wait for my brothers to finish eating, after that I go and sit with Trevor back on our couch, Chris joining soon after." I'm so proud of you you know" he says pulling me into a hug, I rest my head on his shoulder as I flash him a gentle smile.

TIME SKIP 6 HOURS

After what feels like an hour I feel Nick get up from the couch "What shall I make for dinner then?" he grins, my eyebrows screw together "We only had breakfast like an hour ago though" "Matt that was six hours ago" he replies showing me the time on his phone as proof" "Oh.." I say visibly confused as I hear Chris let out a quiet chuckle "What about pasta?" Chris says looking at me, oh god pasta has cheese and sauce and so many calories. I nod as I flash them a quick smile already feeling guilty.

Ten minutes later Nick comes rushing in "PASTA IS READY COME ON" he says smile widening "We're coming," Chris says pulling me along as Nick pushes a bowl of pasta infront of me "There you go honey eat as much as you can" Nick says pressing a kiss to my forehead and one to Chris's making sure to not leave him out, I sit down as I look down at the bowl of food, It looks like so many calories, "I dont t-think i ca-" i get cut off by Nick hushing me "Hey just try okay even if its just a few pieces" he smiles, i nod as i suck in a breath pressing some pasta into my mouth as i try hard to swallow as i feel tears prick the corners of my eyes and a lump growing in my throat. "i-i cant" i burst out pushing the bowl away as i rush to the bathroom my brothers following close behind as i empty my stomach into the toilet "i-im s-sorry i c-couldn't d-do it" i sob out leaning back into Chris "It's okay mMatty calm down im not mad at you" he says pushing my hair out of my eyes "We can try again tomorrow okay honey dont worry just relax" Nick says wiping my mouth with a damp cloth.

TIME SKIP NEXT DAY (sorry lot of time skips)

Chris's POV

It has been a day now since what happened with Matt and he agreed to try again today wich im happy about so nNick has already got dinner prepared since he wasnt awake for breakfast "CHRIS GO GET MATT" Nick shouts motioning me out "Okay okay chill out kid" i reply rushing to the living room "Come on sleepy head dinner is ready" i smile ruffling his hair "Mkay" he mumbles sleepily rubbing his eyes as he gets up from his seat as we make our way to the table "I made chips with salt and vinegar, your favourite chips to Matt" Nick says smiling as he places plates infront of us both "Thanks Nick" i reply sending him a smile as i watch Matt nervously pick his nails "Hey Matt bet you cant finish this chip before me" i smirk "No way i can" he grins "3 2 1 GO" i shout as i shove the chip into my mouth i see nick grin widely as he grabs his phone to record "DONE!" he squeals giggling just before i swallow harshly "aw man I'll get you next time" i say with a wink a few minutes go by and he has already finished half "I'm sorry i cant finish it all" Matt says with a frown "Hey dont worry Matt you ate more than i thought you would" Nick replies grinning, "Yeah you did so well love" i reply bringing him into a quick side hug. I see him smile proudly "I-I'm really proud of myself" he mumbles almost silently, I smile "And you should be we are all proud of you Matty," I say reaching out to hold his hand "Yeah I know how big this was for you love" Nick replies as I watch him lean over and press a kiss to his forehead leaning back to press one to mine aswell.

A few hours later we were all asleep in bed comforted by each other's embrace and we knew Matt would be back and better in no time...
