*No One's POV*

[Imagine that the Italics are conversations in Thai.]

That day changed everything. It was hard for you to be in the same proximity as Lisa without being reminded of the moment you shared. The familiar feeling of her lips on you invaded your thoughts whenever your eyes met. And you couldn't say if it were just you, but Lisa looked more beautiful than ever in your eyes.

On the other hand, Lisa tried to spend more time with Ye-rin to get rid of your thoughts, but the more she tried to push your memories away, the more she indulged in them.

And just like that, the day of the event came. You have been working for weeks on it to make it perfect to the dot because, well, that's what you do. You received a note from Susan in the morning, and you decided to respond just with a 'thank you'. She was completely a part of your past now, but you will forever be thankful and reminded of her.

And about the event, it was perfect. You were seeing the girls perform live after so long. It made you feel overwhelmed and almost felt surreal. Your eyes never left Lisa, and though she was a professional on stage, you could recognize the mere seconds when it felt like she was talking to you.

After the opening performances and speeches, the girls were engaged in looking around the exhibits and having small conversations with others. The couples were together while Lisa came with her Mom. For some reason, she couldn't bring Ye-rin with her.

"Mom?" You called the woman who was standing with her daughter by a painting.

"Y/N! How long has it been?" Lisa's Mom exclaimed and hugged you. You almost teared up because one of the many things you missed was Lisa's parent's warmth.

"Too long, Mom. How have you been? I didn't know you were coming. You look as beautiful as ever." You said as you pulled away from the hug.

"Oh, stop it! You look great too."

"Really? Your daughter doesn't agree to it, though." You joked, and both of you laughed. You almost forgot about the girl beside you. Lisa was busy staring at the both of you. How happy you looked! She hasn't seen you this happy ever since she saw you again. She remembered how well you used to get along with her parents — something which she really can't say about Ye-rin.  Her eyes stung again, but she refused to cry in public.

Soon after, the girls and Seo-jun joined in, and you moved to dinner. Throughout the event, you were attending to Lisa's Mom, other than you did to anyone, and Lisa could say that her mother was very proud of you. Back in the past, her mother even refused to talk to her when she heard about everything that happened. But when the woman saw that her daughter genuinely regretted her actions, she gave in. Lisa's heart warmed at the site of the both of you talking and giggling like a real mother and daughter. At that moment, all she wanted was to give up on everything else and be yours. The thought scared her, but the feeling was so deep to ignore.

"Unnie, can I drive Mom home?" You asked Lisa, scratching your nape as everyone started to part ways.

"Only her? Can't I come with you?" She asked, crossing her arms over her chest.

"You– you want to?"

"Why not? I can send my Manager and Driver home."

You nodded furiously, and for a second there, Lisa saw the old you. The kid inside you that longed for love.

The ride back to her place was fun. You and Lisa's Mom kept blabbering about different things, and Lisa couldn't help but laugh at your silliness. She couldn't even remember when was the last time she had genuinely felt happy at something. Her hands unconsciously moved to rest on top of yours, which was on the gear — just like how she got used to when you were together. You were startled at first, but you did not attempt to move your hand. Her touch sent shivers down your spine, yet it was so calming.
