"I felt like I failed at masking today," she worried.
"Don't worry so much," he comforted.
"I wish I could stop worrying. Sometimes I do feel like throwing my brain into a trash can for spiralling, and just not stopping. Even for like a second," she lashed out.
"Maybe it needs more compassion instead," he reassured.
