There's maniacal laughter....

There's screaming.

There's blood.....

.........There's murder.

I snapped open my eyes, startled, and twitched only slightly. I cover my right red eye with my hand. I was in class, it was recess time.

Did I meditate to long?
What did I just see?

I looked over towards Rai. He was staring at me.
He reached over towards me, but for some reason I flinched back only slightly, he stopped and kept his gaze on me.

Shinwu: did you hear about yesterday?
Yuna: yeah, the massacre at the hospital.
Ikhan: you don't think it's about the guy from yesterday?
Yuna: I'm scared.

I could hear the kids mumbled their conversation, and I'm sure Rai heard too. I closed my eyes again, but flinched even harder when that image flashed through my mind again.
Rai grabbed my hand.

Rai: are you okay?
Mei: ...I feel...sick...

Not only do I have the power to gain life from the living things around me, but with my green eye, my mind can be transferred into people and see either their memories or be in the present time of whatever their doing. Sometimes it's a random person, most of the time it's a life that's being threatened.
This happenes when I'm meditating or sleeping...and sleeping for 820 years in that state is not an ideal thing.
My attention was brought back to Rai when he brought my hand up and kissed the finger with the ring on it.

After hanging out with the kids after school to go to play at this arcade, me, Rai, and Frankenstein sat in the living room to drink tea. Me and Rai sat across from each other, and Frankenstein was in the middle.

Gotta admit, Frank makes some pretty nice tea.

Rai: Frankenstein?
Frankenstein: yes, master.
Rai: I experience death today.

I nearly spit out the tea from my mouth, and Frankenstein straight up just dropped his cup and shattered it on the floor.

Frankenstein: ....master..?!
Rai: I fought in a little box and lost miserable.
Mei: pfft.....he's talking about a video game, Frankenstein. We just went to this arcade today with the kids.
Frankenstein: oh, a video game...I really don't know what to say....

I giggled.

Mei: It was very funny to be honest. Give him some tips on gaming if you have time....pfft...

I laughed a little out loud this time. Rai blushed a little, which only made me laugh more.
I quickly tried to compose myself.

Rai: Frankenstein?
Frankenstein: yes, sir?

Rai smiled.

Rai: school...isn't that bad a place.
Frankenstein: ...I'm glad to hear that, sir.
Mei: I knew you'd like it, Rai.

I suddenly felt my stomach turn....it felt like I've been punched. I gasped and dropped the cup from my hand and it crashed into the floor. I wrapped my arms around my stomach and cringed over in the chair.

Frankenstein: mistress?!

The pain in my stomach deminished and I shot to my feet.

Mei: THE KIDS...!
