1. Koishi Komeiji won the character popularity poll for 2017, getting third in music popularity, somehow beating even Reimu and Marisa.

I honestly couldn't care less who is the most popular Touhou character.
2. In Hopeless Masquerade, one of her alternate color palettes is Satori's color scheme.

WHAT IS THIS SORCERY
3. In Koishi's profile, it is said that she met a human at the shrine at the top of the mountain who made her regret closing her third eye, assumed to be either Reimu or Marisa.
4. If her and Satori's color schemes are swapped, they will both somewhat resemble each other.
5. In Urban Legend in Limbo, her new victory animation has her throwing her hat to the side while turning her back.
6. Koishi is occasionally connected to Flandre Scarlet, since both are extra-bosses who are the younger sisters of the owner of a mansion from the same game.
7. Knowing that people hate the satori because of their mind-reading abilities, Koishi closed her third eye that gave her the ability to manipulate the subconscious. Awe, that's very nice of her.
8. Satori took pity on Koishi, ordering her pets to play with her and giving her some pets to keep as her own.
9. During Hopeless Masquerade, Koishi had stolen Kokoro's mask of hope, causing them to grow a severe hatred for each other.
10. Koishi found the mask of hope while wandering around Gensokyo, and because of this, she obtained the emotion of hope.
