It was December 13, 2016, when the event happened and Scion proposed to me. What happened after two months was unexpected. He disappeared again in the wink of an eye. We searched for him, asked from Sovran and help from the Underground but no one had found any trace of him.

Summer of 2017, he left me a note in my room in Sagada. "Don't try to find me." A very short but heartbreaking message from him is written on a piece of thick stationary paper. I tried to look for answers but again I failed.

"Maybe it's time for you to join the Underground." Sovran and King did their best to help me and to answer more of my questions are to join and work with them but I refused.

"I can't." My head shakes. "College is difficult and I have to finish this for two more years."

"We won't stop from waiting."

My summer was spent trying to find him on my own. Dad and my family are getting worried about me but I was determined to find clues and his disappearance.

"He could be in his family's home. Why don't you try asking them?" Abby and Rochelle were invited by my dad for a sleepover. Thanks to his concern that I was occupied.

"He never introduced me to them. He said-"

"This only means he wasn't that serious towards you." Rochelle didn't let me finish and immediately judge about our relationship.

"Shut up, Rochelle. Please stop saying that. They both beat up danger just to be together. Do you remember how powerful Scion's parents are?" Abby scolded Rochelle and they looked at each other.

"I'm sorry guys. Maybe we should forget all about this. It's not healthy anymore." I stood up to turn off the lights. We talked about different things before we doze off to sleep.

I thought I was getting better but there were times when I'm feeling worse. The conflict between me, sisters, grades, and Scion's disappearance triggered me to end my life.

Suicide is not selfishness but a product of sickness from depression. If only my father didn't see me struggling with the rope, I might have been dead. They confined me in a hospital for a week to let me rest and lecture me about life.

"Is this how you want it to end? Did you even think about mom, dad and us? We never gave up on you! Why did you give up?" MJ's face couldn't be described as being angry, concerned and terrified. Who wouldn't feel like how she felt?

"Brazen, we know your future is brilliant than ours. We've been through terrible things though yours is more challenging we never thought of killing ourselves. Life is beautiful. If you don't feel pain, then how will you know that you are alive?"

Jen's words made us all silent and looked at her with admiration. My tears wouldn't stop from flowing and I pulled her into my arms.

"I'm so sorry! I have been so selfish! Please forgive me!"
