"Flask!" Percy screamed as they hurtled towards the water.

"What?" Annabeth must've thought Percy'd lost his mind. She was holding on to the boats for dear life, her hair flying straight up like a torch.

Isa would've laughed at the way Annabeth looked if it wasn't for the fact that the titan lord's army was trying to kill them.

As soon as Isa realized that her weird power shield broke, she tried to build it up again. Never in her life has she been successful in controlling it. Over the year break, her and Chiron came to the conclusion that her weird powers work if she was in danger. It's like it protects her. Or, if she really wants something to happen, it will. Isa always had her suspicions, and the quest proved that theory. And she felt like Chiron knew more than he let on, but getting information out of him was quite difficult.

So now, she didn't want to die by being a shot by an arrow nor did she want anyone else to die, so she lifted up her hands as if holding it up against a glass wall. She closed her eyes and tried to concentrate. Isa tried to summon her weird powers and she felt something. It felt tingly but other than that she didn't feel anything. However, she knew it was working. She focused and tried to imagine herself building the invisible shield again. Covering them up like a dome.

Then she heard a BONG. Isa's eyes snapped open just in time to see an arrow bounce off and land into the sea. Isa laughed in triumphant. She finally did it. She controlled her weird powers! Unfortunately that was the wrong time to raise her hands up as all of a sudden a white sheet of wind jetted out of the Flask and propelled them sideways, turning their downward plummet into a forty-five-degree crash landing.

Isa reaches her hands out to grab the closest thing to hold on to. And it just so happened to be the duffel bags on Tyson's back.

"Hold on, Isa!" Tyson told her and she did. She fixed her position and braced herself.

Isa looked for the source of the wind and saw Percy holding the flask Hermes gave them. The one that contained the wind from the four corners of the earth. The wind seemed to laugh as it shot from the flask, like it was glad to be free. As they hit the ocean, they bumped once, twice skipping like a stone, then they were whizzing along like a speed boat, salt spray in their faces and nothing but sea ahead.

Isa heard the wail of outrage from the ship behind them, but they were already out of weapon range. The Princess Andromeda faded to the size of a white toy boat in the distance, and then it was gone.

As soon as they were far enough, Isa let go of her shield and felt relieved. Like a certain pressure has been removed from her. She immediately slumps and Tyson catches her before she could fall off her seat.

"Isa?" Tyson asked a few tears prickling his eyes. Percy and Annabeth's attention snapped to the girl.

"Isa, are you alright?" Percy asked. "Did you get hit?"

"No..." Isa said shaking her head. "I just feel... tired."

It was true, she was exhausted. She felt like she drained herself by doing that shield.

Annabeth immediately looks through the duffel bags and hands her a square of ambrosia. Isa ate it and felt better in the next couple minutes.

"Why are you tired? What'd you do?" Annabeth asked concerned.

"Well..." Isa said. "If you dunderheads didn't see, my weird powers acted up and created an invisible shield."

"Right," Percy said nodding his head. "I saw."
