"Are you sure you'll be alright by yourself?" Tooru asked worry etched on his face.Tooru had been planning to go out of town for a few days the morning after he met me. "Yes I'll be fine" I smiled.
It didn't matter... I wasn't gonna be here when he got back.
It had been nearly a whole day since I started my little game of hide and seek with Sukuna. I have officially grown bored of it. I'm sure at this point he's learned his lesson.
I should have gone back home last night but I really enjoyed talking with the human.
He smiled at me with a cool warmth that held an overwhelming emotion I did not expect... love?
HUMAN! WE MET YESTERDAY WHAT THE HELL?!?!?
He leaned in and placed a kiss on my head. "I'll be back in a few days... I hope you'll be here when I get back... there's something I want to discuss with you." Tooru smiled stepping away from me.
Holy hell.
I know that look.
Marriage?!
HUMAN!
We.
Met.
LAST.
NIGHT!!!
I just smiled and nodded as he reluctantly took a step back. He left with one final goodbye.
Oh, thank goodness.
I really just wanted to lay low until Ryomen found me. I wonder what is taking him so long.
"AHHHHHHHHH!" I heard a scream in the distance.
Oh, there he is!!!
I fixed up some tea in preparation. Based on the distance of the scream he'll probably be here in-
My thoughts were cut off by the door flying across the room and into the opposite wall.
"SELENE!"
Oh right about now.
"Why hello dear," I said pouring the tea for myself and him.
He called me Selene... oh he's MAD mad.
Play it cool play it cool...
"Tea?" I smiled finally looking up at him.
Oh shit... I'm so dead.
SUKUNA'S POV***
I raced through the surrounding villages. Burning houses and killing anyone who crossed my path.
I was on a path of destruction... and not the fun kind.
I was numb with rage.
I saw and heard nothing, the ringing in my ears too loud.
I once again search for her cursed energy when after what felt like centuries... I finally found it. I raced at full speed to the large house near the center of the village.
Without hesitation, I kicked in the door.
Rage and panic still flowing through my veins like ice.
"SELENE!" I yelled, Masking my panic with anger.
"Why hello dear," her angelic voice sung as she poured two cups of tea.
She stood there as if nothing had happened. As if I hadn't spent the entire night in a killing frenzy. As if I wasn't drenched head to toe in blood.
