Capricorn's POV

Sorry its been a minute, hopefully the next chapters will be longer. Below are the girls dresses for the dance, the guys have a description, but of course you can imagine it as however you want, enjoy!

    Shock. That's all I felt in the moment when I found my powers. I'm pretty sure that's what everyone felt. I mean it wasn't everyday you were told you could control plants.

    It was the day of the dance and the last thing I wanted to do was dress in fancy clothes and smile all night. In fact the only reason I was going was because, A, there would be food, and B, I have Pisces as my date. But what if I smell and she doesn't like me anymore? What if I step on her toe or spill a drink on her?

    "Hey Cap, do you have and extra tie, I can't find mine." Taurus asked coming into my room.

    "Yeah sure," I told him digging through my closet and handing him a green tie.

    "Thanks you look cool," He told me.

    I look at my Black suit and purple tie, it felt to formal for a school dance but that was just me I guess.

    "So your still going with Pisces?"

    I nodded and tied my shoes. "What about you, did you ask Virgo?"

    He turned red and looked away, "No, but I might ask her for a dance."

    Once I was finished with my shoes we got up and left the dorm together. We were going to meet the other guys in the lobby, the girls said they would come down together cause they were all getting ready in the air signs dorm.

    We made our way to the lobby pushing between dressed up girls and boys. Finally catching sight of Aries who was wearing a black suit with a red tie, Leo who was wearing a black suit with a golden tie, and Sag who was wearing a black suit with a orange tie. A minute later Scorpio came over wearing a black suit with a black tie.

    "Can we go in already?" Scorpio asked as we waited for the girls.

    Before I could say no loud laughs were heard from the top of the stairs.

    "Ow! Someone just stepped on my foot!"

    "Sorry you know I can't walk in heels."

    "This is why we should have taken the elevator."

    We looked up and saw the girls making their way down the stairs, they all looked great.

    I scanned all the girls faces looking for a specific one, then I saw her. She was beautiful Her curly black hair down flowing over her shoulders She was wearing a lilac purple dress that brought out her dark skin tone, her skin was flawless I noticed she must have put some makeup on and she was wearing white heels.
    "Close your mouth you'll catch flys,"Aqua laughed as she walked past me.

    I shut it quickly hoping no one else noticed. I shyly walked up to Pisces and straightened my tie.

    "Hi," I said.

    "Hey," She said tucking hair behind her ear.

    "You look beautiful." I told her.

    "You too, um, I mean-" I laughed cutting her off.

    "Lets go." I took her arm and and led her into the gym which was beautiful.

    A lot of people were already dancing so I led Pisces out on to the floor and started jumping around with her to the music.

    An hour later we were about to start the slow dance. I was looking for my friends with Pisces, we hadn't left each other's sides, I was having so much fun with her that I forgot about Veronica and getting revenge on us. Leo had told me that Veronica had "accidentally" Spilled red punch on Aqua. Aqua had left after that, And I hadn't seen Aries either.

    "Come on, we can find them later, lets slow dance.' Pisces said as we made our way back onto the dance floor.

    I put my hand on her waist and we started to slowly waltz around the gym with everyone else. But I wasn't looking at anyone else, All I was looking at was Pisces brown eyes, filled with happiness and fun, I couldn't think of a more perfect night, of course naturally that's when everything goes oh so terribly wrong.
