The group had a long talk while having dinner.
Gautam seems to be a joyful person.
Meera and Gautam shared same humor. They talked as if they knew each other well.
They were laughing and smiling throughout the dinner. Also sharing a high five in between.
And got scolded by grandmother for their non stop bickering in front of food.
Rest of the dinner went silent.
The family watched TV for a while. The old couple were sitting on the sofa whereas the new couple sat on the ground. Meera rested her head on Karna's shoulder and watched the show.
Gautam sat beside grandma on the sofa resting his head on her lap, while she was caressing his soft hair.

Karna was silent the whole time.

"I feel a bit tired. I'll go and sleep." he said.
He released himself from Meera's grip and proceeded to their room.
Meera also wished the rest good night night and went to the room.

Karna was sitting on the bed thinking about something deeply.

"Hey..." said Meera.

"Hm..." was the response she got.

"Is everything ok?"

"Yes. I feel tired. I'll better go and sleep now."
Meera nodded and arranged the bed for them.

The couple slipped into sleep silently.

Around midnight,
Karna started sweating. His heart beat was incredibly high. 
He screamed in between. Meera woke up quickly.
He sounded scared. Meera vigorously shook him to wake him up.
"Karna... KARNA!!"
He soon woke up from his nightmare.
He couldn't have a peaceful sleep after that night.
Meera immediately texted her parents about Karna's condition.
They thought it was the post trauma of the war.
*on a holographic video call*

"But mom it's already been months that I brought him here."
"Why is he having his trauma now?"

"Time flux." said Meera's dad.

"Hey dad!"

"Hello sweetie."

"What is this time flux dad?"

"Changes caused by your time travel."

"You said you don't remember Gautam right?"

She nodded.

"Maybe, your actions might not have changed the history much, but your presence in the past did change few events in the present.
The original time line never had Gautam, but in this time line, he is there."

" How long did Karna have this situation? "

" Since the day Gautam returned home. He has been acting weird. "

" If I'm not wrong maybe it's because of Gautam. He is the result of the time flux. His presence might have triggered his past events."

"But dad it's just a theory. We can't send Gautam away believing this story."

"I told you what I have to tell you. Rest depends on you dear."

"Moreover, Gautam always wanted to visit our workplace. Tell him we have invited him for a workshop. He'll happily join us. And when Karna seems to be fine. We'll send him back."

"OK dad and mom. I'll talk to him."

"See you sweetheart. Take care. Love you."

"Love you mom, Love you dad"

Meera ended the conversation and headed straight for Karna.
"Karna..."
She back hugged him and gently massaged his abs.
"Meera... Did you talk to your parents about me?"
