The lost mafia princess

Ch24

ANTONIO:
I looked over and saw Nadia fast asleep against Nico, I smiled at how cute my baby sister looked. But I can still remember the day that she was taken I still can remember my mother sobbing against my father telling him that their daughter was taken from them.

I would have been only 10 at the time but I would have thought I could have done something and even though I couldn't have done anything.

But I am glad we have our sister back. I'm glad that she is safe and she doesn't have to go through the trauma that she did before. I still want to kill her foster parents for what she had to go through, and for what they did to her.

When Dad brought Nadia off to bed, we stayed silent and continued watching the movie. We didn't want anyone disturbing her since she is still a little bit weak from her being sick, even though it's been a few weeks, her body is still healing from when she was a child.

And the infection didn't make it any better. Once we all went up to bed, Nadia was fast asleep and I walked into my room that I shared with Alexei. And I had one of the best dreams or memories that I can think of when we were Young.

Nadia would've only been a baby and I remember when Mom and Dad came home with an idea I would've been six at the time so when Mom and Dad came home with Nadia, I was really happy because I had a baby sister

Flashback:
Our old babysitter was staying a few days in our house, because mom and dad left to go to the hospital to have the baby they never told us what gender the baby was but I hope it's a girl because I already have four younger brothers so I'd love to have a baby sister.

It has been a few hours since Mom and Dad went to the hospital and we keep getting updates from Dad about it saying that the baby is going to be here soon.

It was late at night when we got a call from Dad saying that Mom had the baby, they still didn't want to tell us what the baby was, as in a girl or boy until they got home, which would be tomorrow.

So early the next morning Mom and Dad came home with the baby, and as soon as we got up and got downstairs they were already in the door. As soon as we got downstairs, Mom and Dad brought us into the sitting room and placed the little baby carrier on the floor.

We all looked at each other before sitting down on the couch and Dad is picking up the baby in the carrier. I felt my heartbeat accelerate when I saw that the baby was a little baby girl.

I finally have a baby sister

Dad looked over to me with a smile and told me to hold my hands out gently, which I did, and he placed the baby in my arms. I was shaking, because I was so scared, I was gonna hurt my baby sister.

After a few minutes, my shaking calmed down and my baby sister looked up at me, I knew she couldn't see since she was a newborn, but mom and dad said that she could see shapes and colours, so when she can see, she'll remember us.

All the boys going to turn to hold our new baby sister and eventually, she was put back into her little carrier, so she could sleep for a little while.

But I knew from that day, I was going to protect my little sister with my life

And even though I wasn't there for most of Nadia's life, I still kept the promise after Mom and Dad and practically everyone gave up the search for an idea, I kept searching. I wasn't letting my baby sister go.

I ended up giving up two years before we found Nadia I was searching for almost 12 years for my baby sister, and I wasn't giving up looking for her, but because dad gave the mafia business to me since I was the oldest, I had to look out for that as well.

Well when we got Nadia back and saw how badly treated she was, I was fuming because I couldn't keep my promise of keeping my baby sister safe. I know Alexei had the same promise, and I know he feels guilty about Nadia missing, and I know all of us feel guilty about Nadia missing, but we all have a promise to her to make sure she stays safe. No matter what happens.

The next morning, I decided to get up early enough and I made breakfast with Mom for everyone. I know Nadia wasn't gonna eat much, so I made a little bit less for her and made extra for everyone else because everyone else in the family are pigs.

When everyone is coming down, Eli was carrying Nadia because she was still asleep. All of us didn't say anything, because we knew how exhausted Nadia was, and to be honest, she did look very adorable being carried like a little baby.

Once she woke up, we all started eating, and Nadia surprisingly ate more than we expected. She ate most of her place, which most of the time she only eats a quarter or half, but she ate 3/4 or more than that today.

And I have never been more proud of my baby sister.
