The day's arrived, the day Minji had to move back to Seoul to start her internship at a company she applied before. So the whole family rose up as soon as the sun's risen above the horizon and made their way to the train station that's located at the small town just outside the village they're living room with her father's driving their family's pickup truck.
"Have you brought everything? Nothing's missing?" Asked Minji's father as they're by the train station to see of their daughter who's moving back to Seoul for her new job. "I double checked everything already..." Despite that she still checked her belongings one more time before being sure that she had everything she needed. "...yeah everything's here, my phone, wallet, passport..."
Upon hearing her train's closing in from the speaker echoing in the station, Minji went over and gave her parents one last tight hug. "Don't forget to visit here once in a while." Her mother calm words made her shed a few tears as she could only nod her head. "Don't skip your meals, watch what you eat, be good to the people around you and always stay true to yourself. You have enough good values that me and your father always teaches you since you're a child."
"I'm going to miss you a lot. I will try and call frequently when I have the time." Minji's trying to contain her tears while being vulnerable in her parents' embrace that she'd be sure to miss so, so much after this. "Good luck sister. Again, I am proud of you for getting to this stage in your life. Don't worry about anything too much, you already made us and the people of the village proud" With a few pats on her back, Minji gave her brother the tightest of hug knowing that she won't be seeing him for a while and Mingyu being her support system ever since she finished college said a lot about their brother-sister bond.
Realizing the time has come because the train just arrived, Minji boarded the train with a heavy heart and after waving her family goodbye. Found herself a seat, she's drying up her tears staining her eyes and cheeks before trying to find strength for this new adventure that she's about to venture.
Leaning against her seat, she travelled for hours and hours until the train finally reached Seoul. Eventually after letting a few people out first, Minji walked out with her luggage and bag before her eyes instantly saw her friend Danielle. "Dani~" Minji called out to her friend cheerfully and the two got over and shared a longing hug after not seeing each other for about a few months, almost close to a year.
"It's so good to see you again... God you're getting prettier every year it's almost unbelievable..." Danielle gave Minji a few pats on her back. "Oh come off it, don't say you haven't look at yourself in the mirror recently girl, I mean look at you..." Minji's amazed by how two years made Danielle into this elegant beauty with a kind heart that has a great sense in fashion. "Thanks again for letting me stay with you Dani. I promise you once I settle down, I'll find a new place as soon as possible and be out of your hair, I know you have a business to handle right now." Minji ensured her friend but Danielle just shook her head.
"No rushing, this is you settling into a new life and I understand the difficulty it will bring to you so you don't have to worry about anything, not about me or my clothing business, settle down nicely and comfortably and take your time. I'm no stranger to you alright? My clothing business is another part of me but rest assured, my home is your home as well now." Somehow Minji really couldn't believe her luck in finding herself a friend like Danielle. "Okay... You're the best." Minji heaved out before chuckling.
So with all that out of the way, the two friends made their way back to Danielle's apartment and Minji got her stuffs settled down in her new room. Seoul hasn't changed that much as far as Minji's been noticing. Growing up a girl originated from a farmer's village, Minji certainly had been facing difficulties when she studied in a forest of concrete buildings such as Seoul City itself.
To top it all off, she would often be judged and been made fun of with the fact that she's a daughter of a farmer rather than a normal working class individuals such as theirs let alone from a high class individuals. At first, Minji's been having difficulties and struggled with the mockeries yet the fact that there's also kind-hearted people out there, made her college life somehow bearable and one of those people is indeed Danielle herself.
Minji survived college, graduated with flying colors before spending her time post college back home in her hometown. Despite the common stereotypes with people coming from a low-class village such as her hometown, Minji somehow didn't bother too much as she loves working at the farm. She got to make friends with cute and adorable animals, being able to feed them and care for them was enough to make Minji's life somehow felt complete.
But now... Now she had to let go of that life oh hers because now she's heading into a new environment, a new life, a new experience... And hopefully she'd be able to do well to make her dream a reality someday... A dream of her to help her family back in her village and be able to give them a better life for the future.

Too short right? Yeah I know, I apologize for that to be honest but fear not, I am writing longer chapters right now and hopefully the story itself would turn out readable and probably make sense a little bit would be nice.
