It was night time, Zuba and Florrie takes Alex and Mariah to show them to Alex's bedroom. They both covered Alex's eyes with their paws as Mariah lets her eyes to be closed while they all are walking slowly.

"Easy now." Florrie said.

"Watch your step. And right here... okay, are you ready?" Zuba asked.

They let Alex and Mariah open their eyes.

"This is where you always slept." Zuba said to ask.

"Oh, man!" Alex said happily.

Alex room was like a baby bedroom that has a mobile, a paw print on the way, and a few things.

"Mariah, you could sleep with Alex here if you like." Zuba said to Mariah.

"Sure, thanks." Mariah said as she smiled.

"Was this mine?" Alex asked as he played with the mobile.

"Look at you. Look at him, honey." Zuba said to Florrie.

"Oh, this thing. Look, look! I remember this!" Alex said happily as he got the rattle and shook it.

"He remembers." Zuba said.

"A little harder than..." Alex said as he sat on the rock bed.

"You never slept on the right end. You always slept on the bottom end." Zuba said.

Alex looks at the paw print on the wall.

"Is that? Is that my?" Alex asked as he compares his paw from the print and touches it.

"Is that your paw?" Mariah asked.

"Is that me?" Alex asked his parents.

"Mhm. You had the cutest little paws." Florrie replied.

"Little, little bitty ol' paws." Zuba said.

"You did that the day we lost you." Florrie said worriedly.

"Really? A long time ago?" Mariah asked.

"Wow. I was so young. What happened to me?" Alex asked.

Zuba sighs and sits down in guilt.

"It was all my fault. I turned my back and..." Zuba said.

"It was not your fault." Florrie said as she comforted Zuba.

"Your father did everything he could. He tracked those hunters for weeks. Far off the reserve." Florrie explained to Alex.

"Finally, I had to assume the hunters...well..." Zuba said as he held Florrie's paw.

"We thought they'd killed you." Florrie said.

Mariah gasps as she covers her mouth, shocked.

"That's horrible. I'm sorry." Mariah said.

"No. You're fine, Mariah." Alex said to Mariah.

They looked into each other and smiled.

"But my son fought them off! Don't mess with the King of New York!" Zuba said happily.

"That's right!" Alex said in agreement.

"At least Alex is here with you two and safe anyway." Mariah said.

"Keep your chin in." Zuba said as he hugged Alex.

"You boys, be careful! Watch out before you break something." Florrie said.

Florrie picks up a small blanket.

"You used to call this, foofie." Florrie said as she gave the blanket to Alex.
