"Don't answer the door. There are a lot of creeps out here." George explained.

"Got it." I said.

"We will be back from classes around five." Sam said.

"Ok." I said.

"Bye." They all said in unison.

"See ya." I waved goodbye.

They closed the door behind them.

I flopped on the couch and rubbed my eyes. I was alone now.

I decided to do some cleaning for them. I made all of their beds, cleaned all of their bathrooms, and mowed the lawn. I fell asleep when I was done.

When I woke up I heard a knock on the door.

I walked to the door and remembered what George said. I looked through the peephole. It was a young woman with long black hair and a makeup box.

"Avon." She said.

"We don't need any thank you." I said through the door.

"Somebody ordered it so...."

Who ordered makeup? Wouldn't UPS just bring it?

"Leave it on the porch."

"K."

She set the box down on the porch and left. After she was gone, I opened the door and brought the box in.

The label said,

To: Crystal

From: Sigma Phi Epsilon (George, Mark, Nat, Rocky, Sam, Davis, Andy)

We thought you needed some makeup :)

This was weird. I already have makeup and they know that. The label also says to Crystal. They call me Snow. They don't know my name is Crystal.

I decided not to open it.

I put the box back on the porch. I will let George deal with it.

I heard my phone ringing on the couch.

I ran over and answered it.

"Where are you?! You were supposed to come over!" Bea's loud voice rang over the phone.

"I'm sorry, I can't come over." I responded.

"Your mom again?"

"No, well, maybe. I can't hang out for a while but I will tell you when I can."

I hung up.

I sat down on the couch and the doorbell rang again. I groaned and got up to see who it was.

Andy was standing at the door, a scowl on his face.

I opened the door and he stormed in.

"What's the matter?" I asked.

"Wouldn't you be mad if there was a complete stranger living in your house?!" He yelled.

"Oh stop it, Andy. It's only for a little while." Sam walked in the door.

"I'm sorry. I don't want to cause tension."

"Andy is always angry." Nat commented.

"I'm going to go take a nap." He yawned and then shuffled upstairs.

Everybody else walked in.

"You didn't have to mow the lawn." George said.

"I was bored." I smiled.

"Is this package for you?" Mark asked.

"I don't know. Don't open it." I said.

"To Crystal. Who's Crystal?" Sam asked.

"That's my real name. Everybody calls me Snow." I explained.

"We didn't send this to you." George clarified.

"That's what I thought." I leaned on the table.

Who was it? Why would they send it? I thought of the person who wanted to kill me. Was this makeup? Or something more deadly?

"Don't worry dear, we'll protect you." Rocky grinned.

I scoffed and sat on the couch.

The door rang again.
