We walk for what feels like hours, but if it means not having to ride with the Great Value Steve Rogers I'm all for it. When we get back to the airport we load up and change before enjoying the nice long flight back home. Sam and I are laying on either side of the plane, while Bucky is sitting on a large box in the middle of the cargo bay. As we sit, or lay, there in silence I chuckle a bit. "What's so funny?" Sam sounds very tired.

"Just thinking about how if anyone were to film the things we do no one would see this part."

"You don't think so?"

"Nah, this is the boring stuff, man. No one wants to hear about our bad flight or if we stayed awake for more than 48 hours. People expect us to be able to handle anything."

"Maybe, I just wish they would've given us a hotel, hell I'd even settled for a motel after that."

I open my eyes and look up to Bucky who is just sitting there staring at the floor, "what're you thinking about?"

"Let's take the shield," Bucky doesn't break his gaze from the floor, he just nods. It's a little creepy to be honest. "Let's take the shield and do this ourselves."

Sam sighs, "we can't just run up on the man, beat him up, and take it."

"Why not?" I shrug as I set up, "we don't even have to take the shield, I just wanna punch him again."

"Again?" Bucky finally looks over to me.

Sam sits up and puts his hands by his legs, "do you remember what happened the last time we stole that shield?"

"Maybe."

"I'll help you in case you forgot. Sharon was branded enemy of the state, and Steve and I were on the run for two years."

I nod and put a hand up, leaning back on my other hand, "but you found me."

"And you're the only good thing to come out of it. I don't know about you two, but I don't wanna live the rest of my life la Vida loca. We just got our ass handed to us by Super Soldiers, and we got nothing."

"Not entirely true," Bucky shakes his head. He slides off the box and comes to sit next to me. "There is someone that you two should meet."
