Influence The World

Ever since my childhood days,

I have been out of place,

Always looked down on by others,

Acting as if they were my superiors.

It's hard to fit in with the crowd

When what they look up to brings you down;

But what is wrong with standing out,

When you're an heir to the crown?

I am not influenced by this earth;

Rather, I strive to influence the world

By propagating the Word of God

And doing good deeds out of love.

I am surrounded by their laughter and sneers;

But God helps me to overcome my fears

As I work to inspire others to learn

The true purpose of mankind's sojourn.
