From This Day On
I know I am bound to reach success;
From this day on,
I shall rely on the Lord for strength
To remain strong.
And so these tribulations
Shall not hinder me
From attaining salvation
Wherever I may be.
He eases the pain
That I feel in this life;
Each and every day,
In the face of trials, I still smile.
Just a few more steps to go
Before I obtain the hope
That will be claimed
By those who remain firm in the faith.
