You And Ran were always together. Both of you were like a band. That no matter how you stretched it, it will be back again. But when you put so much strength in it, it might let go.

"Ran, promise me!" You said crying while handing out your pinky finger. He was just staring at you with a hurt expression. "Ran! Promise me!" You again told him.

But instead of accepting your pinky finger with his, he suddenly hugged you as he buried his face into your neck. "I promise."

The thing is that your mother was advised to be transferred to U.S. because they don't know about your mother's disease. Her body won't response to the medicine they're giving.

Your dad agreed and his job was also transferred to one of the branch there. Your father didn't gave you a choice. Besides you were the only child and he want to witness how you grow up. So either you like it or not, you will go with them and transfer your study there.

As you explained it to Ran, he was just speechless and was not able to respond. His parting word was just 'I promise'

As the both of you get separated, you got transferred to one of the elite school there. After a week in U.S. your communication with Ran was cut off. You tried to message him and call over and over again but you can't reach him.

It's not because of your number was changed or because of your location since you're using an app to connect or call him without charges.

But you remained loyal, you know that it's a long distance relationship besides you know you should trust him. But as time goes by you don't his whereabouts or any news about him

Years has passed and you graduated and followed your dream as a wedding planner. You're getting a lot of clients because of how artistic and how amazing you are. You came back to Japan to atleast visit some of your friends in high school or some you know. Especially Ran.

Your clients who just got married invited you to a club where some of their friends would celebrate of course also them would go there.

You agreed because you need to atleast clear your mind, you're kinda piled up with works and your thoughts about Ran was getting mixed up.

As you enter the club you saw your friends Hakkai and Yuzuha there so you talked to them while drinking beverage that won't make you drunk. Besides you have to act professional and mature. But the truth is, you could easily be drunk.

As you were paying attention to them, you heard a familiar laugh, "[Name]?" Yuzuha asked.

"Hakkai, hold this for me," you plead as he did and you went to locate where that laugh was coming from.

There. There you saw Ran, with his brother Rindou, Kokonoi, Mikey and some of the people you didn't recognize.

Ran was being by ladies on the couch. 3 ladies. The other two was hugging him from either sides and the other one was behind him playing with his hair.

Rindou saw you first and by the look on his eyes, you knew he did recognize you. Rindou then pointed you out to his brother as Ran look at you.

He then looked at you with some disgust and anger but was still smirking. "Well, well, well, how're you [Name]?" He asked.

"Ran, I'm imagining right?"

"Are you blind? Or are you just stupid? Can't you see?" He sarcastically asked.

"No! You know I left you because I don't have a choice right? You know I'm still-"

"Still What? Still loyal? Still inlove with me? Because if you did love me, you'll talk to your father and stay with me but you didn't. You just left me."

"But you know it's for my mother's sake-"

"She's dead now right? Come on. Don't give excuses. It's your fault. You did promise you'll never leave right?"

"What a trash." One of the girl stated making you heart sting with guilt and pain. "It's your fault our relationship turned out like this. Its your fault for leaving me and it's your fault that I don't love you anymore." He said

"Is that the reason I can't call you anymore? Is that the reason why you didn't even say goodbye when I left? Did you even know how much it hurts me to leave you? Did you even love me in the first place? No. Did you even had feelings for me in the first place?"

"No. I didn't love you. Not even a little."

"Stop the drama already," Mikey said and stood up and left as the others followed.

"You just promised and broke it." He added before leaving as you then started crying. "Says the one who broke the promise and end it entirely!" You yelled and run outside the club.

Before you could even leave entirely, someone gripped your hand. You turned around and saw Mitsuya. He's your childhood friend since both of you get to know because of living on the same neighbourhood.

"Takashi," you said and cried on him.

Days and months passed by and Ran was feeling guilty on what he said to you. Remembering that day give him a lot of guilt. He turned on the t.v. and saw some news about them as usual. He was about to change the channel when he saw the next news it was your name on the headline.

"Famous Wedding Planner [Last name] [Name] was in relationship," Rindou suddenly read.

"Oh, isn't that Mitsuya?" Sanzu asked as he pointed the screen when your picture with Mitsuya was showed.

"Anyone can love the rose but it takes a lot to love the leaf. It is ordinary to love the beautiful but it's beautiful to love the ordinary." Takeomi said reading the caption.

"I mean, she should move on. Ran publicly broke up with her. Besides I heard Mitsuya is a simple green flag inspite of being a delinquent," Koko added.

Ran then stood up and took his cigarette from its pack and started smoking further away from the others.

"I guess you find someone that wouldn't broke the promises like I did."
