(Start of Interview)
Vegas: Let's do this one more time. How did you find Ollie Blossom?
Dragus: He [Ollie] was missing from class and . . . I got into a fight with a classmate about him so Ms.Mavyr, my history teacher, told me to find him.
Vegas: Fight?
Dragus: Yeah.
Vegas: A fistfight?
Dragus: What? No! Uhm, my classmate said he was . . .
Vegas: Go on.
Dragus: He . . . He said the Hazard attacked him. And he did this thing with his hand like he was chopping off his arm!
Vegas: . . . What's this boy's name?
Dragus: Seth Greywood.
Vegas: Ah, I see. Continue.
Dragus: Wait, don't you think—
Vegas: I got it covered, Steph. Please continue.
Dragus: . . . Okay. Ollie was missing even before class and me and my friends went looking for him then, uhm, we checked everywhere but his hideout. Because, uh, that was our secret spot. . . . I checked and he wasn't there. But . . . But I saw my recorder on the ground. [Dragus stops]
Vegas: Do you need time to compose?
Dragus: Yes, please.
Vegas: Okay. Let's take up something else. Your friends were Innesa Alexeev and Molly Blossom?
Dragus: Yes. How's Molly? I haven't seen her since . . .
Vegas: That's not related.
Dragus: Oh.
Vegas: You were saying.
Dragus: I saw my recorder on the ground and that was weird, right? So I played it and . . . I don't know. I just heard something, uh, hit something. Then groaning. Then dragging. Then . . . screaming.
Vegas: And how did that lead you to the body?
Dragus: I saw a blood trail.
Vegas: So you followed it.
Dragus: Yeah.
Vegas: Okay, do you know what happened to Ollie?
Dragus: He got his arm amputated. I saw him. It was so . . .
Vegas: What did you see?
Dragus: Him. B-but it was horrible. His eyes were red and open. His arm was crushed. I saw his flesh spill out . . . His neck was purple, his nose was dripping blood, his head was soaked w-with blood, I- . . .
Vegas: He suffered from amputation, suffocation, massive blood loss, and a serious concussion.
Dragus: [Dragus covers his face] Oh my God . . .
